2. The Sixth Annual SLOVAK FASHION NIGHT is the signature event of the +421 Foundation
Inc. organized in partnership with the Consulate General of Slovakia in New York, under the
patronage of Slovakia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr. Mikulas Dzurinda and in cooperation
with the Austrian Cultural Forum in New York.
The event will be held in New York City on May 13, 2011 at 7.30 PM in CAPITALE, 130 Bowery

4. This year’s Slovak Fashion Night motto, “Fashion Fights Malnutrition“, will introduce the
Slovakian designers: Zlatica Hujbertiva, Paulina Polonyová, Ingrid Budovská in
tandem with the Austrian designer Adriane Magdalene Toth and Mialy Seheno
representing Madagaskar.
The evening will be hosted by the American actor Brad Pennington and the Slovakian
celebrity host Tamara Heribanova.
Slovakia’s very own Double Cross Vodka will provide delicious cocktails to all in
attendance while DJ Eitan Noyze spins the after party.

Slovak Fashion Night 2011 will benefit the
MAVENTY HEALTH INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION,
Madagaskar Children Malnutrition Project.
Madagascar is one of the poorest countries in
the world. As poverty and malnutrition go hand in hand,
it is no surprise that nearly 50% of Madagascar’s
population suffers from malnutrition.

8. MAVENTY MALNUTRITION PROJECT
Maventy Health International goal is to provide nutritional support to the local
villagers on an ongoing basis. Through weight, height, head circumference and BMI
ratios, the severely undernourished children and adults are being identified and
attention is being paid to their ongoing support, monitoring and follow up.
