Start By:
A. Remove the pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Implement, Pilot) -
Remove".

1. Remove bolts (1) and head (2) .
2. Remove O-ring seals (3) .
Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a
released spring force.
Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.
Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to
release the spring force.

3. Remove bolts (4) and cover (5) .
4. Remove O-ring seal (6) and the backup ring.
5. Remove spring (7) .

6. Remove bolts (8) , the cover, locknut (9) , and adjustment screw (10) .
7. Remove piston (11) , the O-ring seal, and the backup ring.
8. Remove piston (12) and ball (13) .
Note: Do not use an impact wrench in order to remove piston (12) .

9. Remove bolts (14) , the cover, locknut (16) , and adjustment screw (15) .
10. Remove piston (17) .

11. Remove backup ring (18) , O-ring seal (19) , O-ring seal (20) , backup ring (21) , and valve
(22) .
12. Remove bolts (23) , locknut (24) , adjustment screw (25) , and cover (26) .

13. Remove plug (27) .
14. Remove O-ring seal (32) , O-ring seal (33) , backup rings (34) , valve (31) , spring (30) ,
retainer (29) , and spool (28) .
15. Remove bolts (35) and flange (36) .

17. Remove port plate (39) .

18. Remove bearing (40) .
19. Remove O-ring seal (41) , O-ring seal (43) , and barrel assembly (42) from the housing.
20. Remove pistons (44) and retainer (45) from barrel assembly.

21. Remove pistons (44) from retainer (45) .
22. Remove bearing (46) .
23. Remove retainer (47) .

24. Remove springs (48) from barrel (49) .
25. Remove retaining ring (50) and cover (51) .
26. Use Tooling (A) in order to remove cover (51) .

27. Remove O-ring seals (52) .
28. Remove lip seals (53) .
29. Use Tooling (B) in order to remove retaining ring (54) .
30. Remove shaft assembly (55) .

31. Remove retaining ring (56) and bearing (57) from shaft assembly (55) .
32. Remove bearing race (40A) from shaft assembly (55) .
33. Remove swashplate (58) .

34. Remove bearings (59) from swashplate (58) .
35. Remove bearings (60) .

1. Install cover (64) and bolts (63) .

2. Install cover (62) and bolts (61) .
3. Install bearings (60) .
4. Install bearings (59) onto swashplate (58) .

5. Install swashplate (58) .
6. Raise the temperature of bearing (57) .
7. Install retaining ring (56) and bearing (57) onto shaft assembly (55) .
