From what I understand accounts with

then those accounts will not calculate until
you unlock the period and run a

guidelines for how many to have in an application. Typically
most clients don’t have more than 10‐50 dynamic accounts.
In addition, I’ve never heard of a client having too many g y

Regardless of the number of dynamic accounts you have, the

FDM logs all imports, exports, and errors in separate files in
the Outbox and Outbox/Logs folders. FDM also logs all key

events to the FDM Database so they can reported on and
audited. If you do delete or just move the log files FDM
create new ones. Our best recommendation is to use Finit’s
Custom FDM Clean‐up tool which cycles through all the data p y g
and log files and archives the ones that are a prior to a date
of your choosing. That way, you still have them, but they can
stored in a separate directory so that Outbox and Log folders
are not so cluttered.
HFM is similar as it logs activity in both the database,
viewable through the web application, as well as in text files
on the HFM application servers (HSVEventLog) Both theon the HFM application servers (HSVEventLog). Both the
database logs and text file logs can be deleted without fear of
breaking anything as they will both continue to be generated
