Glossophobia is a very common phobia affecting up to 75% of the word’s population

Most of phobias seem to appear out of the blue, often starting in childhood or early adulthood. A phobia may arise because of a combination of genetic tendencies and other environmental, biological and psychological factors. People who fear public speaking may have a real fear of being embarrassed or rejected .
In conclusion, many people have a fear of public speaking because they worry about being judged. But with the right mindset and strategies, we can overcome this fear. By being prepared, thinking positively, starting small, relaxing, and accepting mistakes, we can become confident speakers.Remember, the fear of public speaking is not unbeatable.
