Impulse Reaction Take a moment to understand if you are

Judgement Consider whether your judgement is useful
in progressing the conversation for
everyone involved.
Hear Listen deeply to what others say to hear
what may be hidden behind their answers
to you.
Working with our Assumptions
Use the following to better understand your own and others spoken and
unspoken assumptions.
Listen Simply listen carefully to others speaking
and to your own reactions to them.
Respect Accept the validity of another’s point of
view, even if you disagree.
