Greenfield Community School (GCS), founder in 2007, is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World Continuum school. It is one of only a handful of schools in the world authorised to offer all four IB programmes. These include the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and is one of the first schools in the UAE to offer the IB’s Career-related Certificate (IBCC).

The DSIB Report on our school for 2014 has been published and that they have rated our school as Good
We are all delighted with this result especially as we were rated Outstanding in 11 areas.
Many thanks to all staff who have worked so hard to achieve this outcome; their enthusiasm, diligence
and professionalism have been outstanding and they certainly deserve this accolade.
We are lucky to have such wonderful students and my thanks to them for living the IB Mission
statement and inspiring us all as they develop their potential.
Finally thanks to all our parents who support us in everything we do and make our school such a
community.

About KHDA
The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) are a regulatory authority in the
Government of Dubai which supports the improvement of schools, universities, training institutes and
other human resource sectors. They are responsible for the growth; direction and quality of private
education and learning in Dubai. They coordinate with the different education entities from partners; to
students, to parents, to teachers, to the private sector and other Government bodies that play a role in
Du ai’s education community.
Each Year the KHDA issues publishes a detailed school inspection report on each school. Their mission
being to assure quality and to improve accessibility to education, learning and human development,
with the engagement of the o u ity.
