 Pregnancy is the development of one or more 
offspring, known as an embryo or fetus, in a 
woman's uterus. 
 It is the common name for gestation in humans. 
 A multiple pregnancy involves more than one 
embryo or fetus in a single pregnancy, such as 
with twins.
 Teenage pregnancy is pregnancy in human 
females under the age of 20 at the time that the 
pregnancy ends. A pregnancy can take place in 
a pubertal female before menarche the first 
menstrual period , which signals the possibility 
of fertility, but usually occurs after menarche.
 Talking about sexual health with their parents, 
other trusted adults and friends. 
 Support friends who choose not to have sex. 
 Act decisively in situations of challenge, risk or 
threat and always say NO when there is 
pressure on sexual intercourse.
 Starting from that premise parents can help 
their children to travel on responsible sexuality, 
talks about the importance of the correct use of 
protective methods. 
 Develop personal values, such as respect for 
your body, to life, to the decisions of others. 
 Teenage pregnancy is prevented us, not cured.
 A high-risk pregnancy is one in which the risk 
of illness or death before or after delivery is 
higher than usual, for both mother and baby. 
 To identify a high-risk pregnancy, the pregnant 
woman is evaluated to determine if you have 
conditions or characteristics that expose her or 
the fetus to the possibility of becoming ill or 
dying during pregnancy.
 A woman with a high-risk pregnancy can be 
treated in a perinatal care center; perinatal is a 
term that refers to events that occur 
immediately before, during or after delivery.
