CALL TO ORDER: 6:55pm by Kelley Thomas (President)

FINANCIAL REPORT: Checking Account: $2999.07 Savings Account: $1500.27

3. STATE OF THE BAND: Victor Torres
● Emergency Contact forms ­ need to add the latest members to join.
○ update binders and have with first aid kits ­ to go with Guard and Drumline
○ Making a new cart for drumline ­ to hold the floor
● Pushing hard to the students to get their parents to come to the concert
● Concert March 27 @ 7pm Bob Burton Performing Arts Center
○ Sullivan to play
○ Concert Band to play
○ Jazz Band to play
○ Symphonic band to play also to play with Sullivan
○ Last piece National Anthem
● Drumline show March 29
● Guard doing very well this season
● Next school
○ Symphonic going into Wind Ensemble
○ Freshman into Symphonic
○ Should be 5 class next year
● Visiting Potter ­ Date TBD
● Sending more Band students to Potter to help the middle school students
● Working on next years calendar ­ next meeting Victor to have calendar

● Getting next years Marching Show music by banquet and drill to follow ­ to have it for
band camp
● Fall rehearsal/practice schedule ­ tentative
○ Field time ­ Every monday 5:30pm ­ 9pm, Thursday 5:30 ­ 9pm, Sat 10am­6pm
○ 2 rehearsals during the week ­ sectionals
● London ­ New Years Parade 2016 logistics still coming
● Bingo ­ is being done by the boosters
○ Mike Lilly is out
○ need to get equipment about $10,000
