4. LUKE 16: 1-2
1 Jesus told his disciples: “There was a rich
man whose manager was accused of
wasting his possessions. 2 So he called him

you? Give an account of your management,
because you cannot be manager any
longer.’

9. LUKE 12:42-44
42 The Lord answered, “Who then is the
faithful and wise manager, whom the
master puts in charge of his servants to give
them their food allowance at the proper
time? 43 It will be good for that servant
whom the master finds doing so when he
returns. 44 Truly I tell you, he will put him in
charge of all his possessions.
14. LUKE 15: 13
13 "Not long after that, the younger son got
together all he had, set off for a distant
country and there squandered his wealth
in wild living.
23. LUKE 16: 8

and does not get ready or does not do what
the master wants will be beaten with many
blows. 48 But the one who does not know
and does things deserving punishment will
be beaten with few blows. From everyone
who has been given much, much will be
demanded; and from the one who has
been entrusted with much, much more will
be asked.
29. LUKE 16: 10-11
10 “Whoever can be trusted with very little
can also be trusted with much, and

worldly wealth, who will trust you with true
riches?
38. LUKE 14: 28-30
28 “Suppose one of you wants to build a
tower. Won’t you first sit down and
estimate the cost to see if you have enough
money to complete it? 29 For if you lay the
foundation and are not able to finish it,
everyone who sees it will ridicule
you, 30 saying, ‘This person began to build
and wasn’t able to finish.’
48. LUKE 6: 13
13 "No servant can serve two masters.
Either he will hate the one and love the
other, or he will be devoted to the one and
despise the other. You cannot serve both
God and Money."
