Summary of duties:
- Achieving full time & continuing coverage / monitoring at work sites to ensure
acceptable compliance of work force & to support zero accident goal.
- Coordinating in the field that concern or affect day -to-day operation.
- Check daily safe work plan / permits, safety checklist, supervisor’s safety log book,
safety task duties & similar job- required documents at work site. Ensure availability of
these documents with the area supervisor / Forman
- Orientation & training of employees.
- Prevention of unsafe acts.
- Prevention of unsafe conditions.
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Conduct safety meetings.
- Investigate accidents.
- Direct all accident & incident investigation to include equipment (PPE) intended for the

- Carry out daily site surveys to ensure:

 Adequate fire & full protections are in place.

Equipment provided & properly worn.
- Conduct full investigation of accident / incident including near miss determines
probable causes & its develops.
