How to guide a person’s growth

I love to take “risks” on people, offering stretched assignments on territory where they have not
yet been tested.
Donegani gave me wings and this is the promise I make to myself every day when I hire young
(and not so young) talent in the company: to enable them to fly!
Every good leader should donate wings
to people and let them learn to fly for
themselves. There is no better way to
grow than pushing your boundaries and
leaving your comfort zone.
My final advice to a young & talented professional

Follow your instinct and take your own path. It
will be a unique and unrepeatable experience.
The best advice I can give to a young professional is not to mirror anyone, but
instead to let your instincts guide you and to follow the path you feel you were
born to follow, which will be unique and unrepeatable!

Donegani gave me wings and this is the promise I make to myself every day when I hire young (and not so young) talent in the company: to enable them to fly! Every good leader should donate wings to people and let them learn to fly for themselves. There is no better way to grow than pushing your boundaries and leaving your comfort zone.
  • 20. My final advice to a young & talented professional 20 Follow your instinct and take your own path. It will be a unique and unrepeatable experience. The best advice I can give to a young professional is not to mirror anyone, but instead to let your instincts guide you and to follow the path you feel you were born to follow, which will be unique and unrepeatable!
