Heyninck & Partners, an international law firm based in Prague, is seeking a senior associate or junior partner for their corporate department. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in corporate law and will be client-focused, able to build relationships and networks. As part of the corporate team, the candidate will provide legal advice on a variety of corporate issues and play a major role in M&A transactions. They will also participate in business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base.

It is an independent full-service business law firm. <br />We are based in Prague and represent mainly foreign investors; a large section of our client-base is companies and institutions from Belgium and the Netherlands <br />For its Corporate, M&A and private equity practice, Heyninck & partner are currently seeking to strengthen its team with a Senior Associate or Junior Partner.<br />Function description<br />You will be part of the corporate department, where you will render professional advice in matters covering a broad range of issues related to general corporate law.<br />Although the focus will be on advisory work, you will also play a major role in M&A and other corporate transactions, mainly in mid-market transactions.<br />You will be expected to actively participate and to take the lead in business development initiatives in our niche countries.<br />You will closely work with the other members of the team.<br />Profile<br />You are a Czech-qualified lawyer specialized in corporate law (both advisory and transactional). You have at least 6 years of relevant experience acquired in a well-reputed law firm.You have a proactive attitude and are eager to participate in the further development of the law firm.<br />You are a self-starter and a leader, able to manage your work in an independent way, but in close collaboration with the other members of the team. You are very client-oriented and are able to build and develop commercial relationships.
