Innovative AIR-COUTAIN combustion system:
Over 40 years’ study on combustion system, Mr. Kim brothers invented innovative combustion system
which has more than 90% efficiency with our AIR-CURTIAN technology. This AIR-COURTAIN prevent
burning heat come out of chamber, and let the burning heat go around inside so the inside heat
temperature can go up to 2,000 degrees(C).
 This technology makes many kinds of FIRE RETARDANT WASTE and MEDICAL WASTE burn out
almost complete combustion. (Over 90% energy efficiency)

Our Medical Waste combustion system
5 tons for 10 Hours / Temperature up to 2,000 degrees Celsius or more
Volume of controlled burn medical wastes with a capacity of
 5 tons per day for 10 hours to burn in the combustion (300kg per hour)
 temperature range up to 2000 degrees Celsius or more
No need of FIREBRICKS due to our innovative air-curtain technology
Incinerator does not need the firebricks inside the burner because of air-curtain between the pillar of
fire and the wall of the burner.
Incinerator machine has a good efficiency up to 90%
Virtually smoke and odour free.
Rapid warm up to operating temperature and Easy-to-Operate system
The medical waste is burning by itself without oil and possible to see the inside by window on the
incinerator.
Our system can burn the wastes without oil during burning. Just supply the air contained oxygen into
the combustor by motor. But on the starting time, use just few oil for starting. In the future the thermal
energy from the combustion system can supply to any other place where need the steam energy like
house, factory, building, school, hospital or company. It needs to attach the turbine system. It can change
the electrical energy also. So the Medical wastes can change to energy. The turbine system attached
refer to the below picture.

 The Combustor has been designed to have a good transfer oxygen system. The combustor
can heat up to 2,000 degree Celsius. Due to the high temperature, the pollution gas
emission is very little. Inside of combustor doesn’t need firebricks on the inside wall so it
can make faster cooling and starting than other types.
 Light ash residuals from the burning can be used to fill land.
 Fuel energy saving (without Oil or other Fuel during burning) and can make the Electronic
Power if connected the turbine system in the future. Enhance the quality of life for members
of the community as a result of good health and safe from direct and indirect harms of waste.
