Students have the choice between
different courses with 3 lesson/week:

• politics economy (leading a students‘
company)

• ecology/geography
• discoveries with computers in real life

5. Music at PGU
•Students of grades 5,6(only one class in
this grade) learn to play a wind
instrument like trompete, flute, oboe, ...
• we have different music workshops:
little choir, orchestra, basic big band,
jazz choir, big band
6. Additional activities at PGU
• UNESCO-workshop
• Supervising of homework done by teachers and students
• Workshops for students after lessons like computer.club,
Fischer technics, art, photography and video workshop, ...
• dispute settlement done by students
• advisory teachers for school and personal problems
• students who work as paramedics if medical problems occur
• theater performances, concerts, exhibitions of school work
7. Grades 10, 11, 12
• Each
student can choose between different subject
• Compulsory: a foreign language, German, maths, sports
• Choice for a third foreign language: French or Spanish
• Choice between social subjects
• Choice between different subjects in science
• Choice between arts, literature, music
• Choice between religion and philosophy
•In total about 30-36 lessons of 45 min. per week
•Central examination (task in our country) and A-level
