What it is:
•    LiveWire is a proprietary online research tool which captures in-depth consumer feedback and
     reactions quickly and efficiently, within a 48-72 hour time frame. By leveraging its speed and
     flexibility, LiveWire can help keep a pulse on consumers’ thoughts and preferences. Access to
     virtually “real time” information allows you to change/update communication to consumers about
     brands, services and products almost immediately.
        –      Panel size: 65,000+ individuals; 22,000+ families (and growing)
        –      Geographically dispersed
        –      **Can pre-screen for exact target based on demographic and/or psychographic qualifiers

What we offer:
•   Online Surveys
        –     Questions fielded online via secure website. Survey length can be as short as 1 question or
              as long as 60 (or more). Survey style and type is flexible and customizable to each project
              (as are costs). Data can be provided either tabulated in Word, and/or in raw form, such as
              SPSS and Excel. Upon request, data can be weighted and/or delivered in banner books with
              specified cross tabs
•    Recruitment
        –     Core target can be found within specified locations for “in-person” interviews
•    Bulletin Boards and Online Focus Groups
        –     Web interface allowing moderators and respondents to interact (BB = up to 3 days / FG 90
              min. sessions). Questions can focus on a variety of issues and works well for creative testing
              (TV / print / Internet). Moderator can probe further and create dialogue between him/herself
              and individuals or among the group
•    Customized Panels
        –     Sample of core target generally recruited/maintained for one year and can work in tandem
              with all other offerings – ongoing surveys become less expensive and access is more flexible
•    Strategic Consultation
        –     Survey writing, topline summaries, in-depth analyses and/or presentation ready reports

When to use it:
•    **Target assessment, trends / lifestyle, competitive arena, brand equity and awareness, positioning,
     creative testing, media assessment and strategy
•    Most effective for new business pitches when you need answers to burning questions---virtually
