This document provides instructions for making a rainbow coconut jar. It involves dividing shredded coconut evenly among four bags and coloring each with a different food dye - red, yellow, green, or blue. The colored coconut is then layered alternately in a glass jar, with one third of each color added and pressed down until the jar is full. When complete, the jar will contain a colorful, layered coconut rainbow.

2.  200gm Shredded Coconut
 1 clean empty Glass Jar with screw top lid
 Red, Yellow, Green & Blue Food Colouring
 4 small plastic Freezer Bags
 Twisty Ties

3. 1. Get all your items ready
2. Divide the Coconut evenly between the four
bags
3. Add ten drops of one colour into one bag
4. Quickly tie the top of the bag with a Twisty Tie
and mix the colour into the Coconut with your
fingers

4. 5. Follow steps 3 & 4 with the other 3 colours
6. Working quickly one at a time, mix the
colouring into each bag of coconut

5. 7. Tip one 3rd of the red Coconut into the jar and
shake gently to level it
8. Continue with all the other colours, layering
each colour alternately until the jar is full.
9. If needed, press down the Coconut to fit it all in
tightly.
10. Screw the lid on tight!
