1) Set up performance process flows and review periods to structure evaluations, including quarterly, annual, and project reviews. Process flows define tasks for managers and employees. 2) Create at least three required sections for evaluations: profile content, performance/development goals, and overall summary. 3) To set a review period, navigate to the review period page, enter a name and active dates, and save. Review periods cannot later be edited. Process flows are also created and define required sequential tasks.
