6. Contingency Plan: Throughout creating the production, the crew could face some factors that may effect the rate of production, for example, during filming in the school, there may be practise fire
alarm which could cause all of the crew to evacuate the building, this would take up around 30-40 minutes away from the filming time and could result in parts of the production being un-filmed.
Therefore at the end of each week, there is a day set aside to re-film or film any scenes that we didn't get throughout the week. The scenes that will need to be filmed or re-filmed will be figured out
the day before and the crew and cast can be notified on what location to at the next day, for example the school or filming.
