1.1 Apple Inc. is an American multinational corporation headquartered in
Cupertino, California, that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics,
computer, online services, and personal computers. Its best-known hardware
products are the Mac line of computers, the iPod media player, the iphone
Smartphone.
The International Federation Of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is the
world's largest humanitarian organization, with 189 member National Societies. As part
of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, our work is guided by
seven fundamental principles; humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary
service, unity and universality.
1.2 Privet: owned business controlling and by person or small of people and the
aim to make money (profit).
Voluntary: An organization working on voulantruy basis for good cause without
profits.
1.3 Global: one company in USA but they have many agencies in different countries
around the world.
International: one organization in solfoer town in northern Italy but they have many
organizations around the world.
1.4 APPLE
Purposes: update products for customers and making profit.
Activities: manufactures and markets mobile communication and media devices,
personal computers.
ICRC:
Purposes: Responds quickly and efficiently to help people affected by armed conflict.
Activates: health, restoring filmy link, economic security.
Apple is secondary and tertiary: secondary changes raw material and unfinished
good into finished goods.
ICRC tertiary: providing ready services and goods.
1.5 Apple is partnership: run and controlling by two people or more people.
Advantages: all partner pay tax, limited time to work, less responsibility.
Disadvantage: less profits, difference on the decision.
ICRC is voluntary organizations: an organization set up to support other or for good
cause.
Advantages: Small number of trustees, Flexibility – easy to set up, easy to close.
Disadvantage: work environment can be frustrating.

2.1 meaning of stakeholders is a person or group that has interest in the business,
stakeholders can effect and be affected by organisation action and not all the
stakeholders are equals their interest.

Apple:
3.1 A stakeholders is defined as a person or group an investment share or interested in
something as a business or industry. Apple aim is to update products for customers and
making profit.
Employees: employees are internal stakeholders; this is as they work for apple and
also they will have a say in what happens as they are internal stakeholders. The
employees in apple are able to buy from apple store with a discount.
Customers: customers are external stakeholders, this is as they don’t have a say in
what happen in the business and what specifications their products have. A customer
(also know as a client buyer or Purchaser) is recipient of a good, service, and product.
Customer are very important to Apple customer buy their product which helps them to
make profits.
Suppliers: suppliers are important to Apple as if it wasn't for their suppliers they
wouldn't be able to make any products. Suppliers influence the aims of Apple; this is as
one of Apple's suppliers is buying a stake into another one of Apples suppliers.
Owners: Apples owners are internal stakeholders, this is as they have the last say on
what happens at Apple, this is also as they put the most money into the business. They
apple owner they want see their market share increasing
ICRC:
Employees: help people affected by insecurity, violence and armed conflict. They
influence if they stop working many off people will die.
Customers: People affected by the war, not influencing because they are the ones in
need of the service and Care.
Supplier: Suppliers who increase the organization medications, clothes, food and other
services if these services are stopped will have great impact on the organization; The
organization cannot provide aid to those affected by the wars and other problems.

5.1 APPLE:
Functional: apples functional structure in functional structure, people is grouped on the
basis of their common expertise, experience and resource. Employees within the
functional division of an organization perform a specialized set of tasks. This results in
operational efficiency within the group. However, it could also lead to lack
communication between the groups in the organization as is the case in Apple.
ICRC:
Functional: the governing bodies of the icrc comprising the assembly council and the
presidency have overall responsibility for icrc policy strategy and decisions related to
the development of IHL. These bodies oversee all the activities of the organizations
including field and headquarters operations and the approval of objectives and budgets.
They also monitor implementation by the directorate of Assembly or Assembly council
decision and are assisted in this task by a control commission and internal external
auditors
5.2 Apple Company:

Functional: groping of individuals on the basis of the function performs in organization.
•The purpose of functional areas is to make sure that separate tasks like getting stock,
paying the bills, serving the customers and dealing with any inquiries or complaints.

appear. Each groundbreaking release is the result of meticulous planning by Apple
marketing gurus that oversee the entire life cycle of a product. Our Marketing

Production: Apple Productions is a full service Production / Post facility.
We specialize in providing the finest in Digital Cinema, HD and SD Television
Commercials, Videos, Animation and Compositing
by providing experienced creative people and cutting edge technical tools.
Customer services: when they purchase a product and keep them happy throughout its
lifespan. The customer service and support teams make this happen by providing
award-winning service to all Apple users.
Sales: committed to delivering our products and solutions to consumers, businesses,
students, educators, and creative professionals everywhere. Sales representatives and
their support teams operate from corporate, retail, or field locations to sell our great
products, services, and solutions.
Human resource: is responsible for recruiting the most talented people in the world,
helping them develop new skills, and supporting them throughout their careers .
ICRC:
Marketing: setting up online publicity campaigns through the appropriate channels,
analyzing online platform statistics and supporting the team in charge of fundraising for
online campaigns. In addition to being an expert in promotion, web marketing and online
statistical analysis, the web marketing officer must also be familiar with search-engine
optimization for web sites and pages.
Human resource: Identify trends on an ongoing basis, providing the delegation
management with the requisite information to inform proactive business decisions with
regard to human resources issues.
5.4 Apple: Their strategy associated with this goal is to become an online search
machine and platform for online advertising. This strategy involves dividing their market
into two categories. The first category would be for market “common-or-garden mobile
phones of the kind we have now — which do voice, text, MP3s and perhaps radio and
TV” (Guardian) and the second category would be the iPhone platform, allowing people
to access the internet and get the computer feel in their own hands
ICRC: The ICRC's Institutional Strategy is an ambitious four year plan that reaffirms
ICRC's commitment to improving the protection afforded to people caught up in armed
conflict and other situations of violence. With a distinct focus on health activities and an
emphasis on responding to the problems of sexual violence and forced displacement,
the Strategy sets out a vision and a path for addressing growing humanitarian needs. In
the face of new and ongoing challenges, innovative approaches are needed to maintain
access to affected populations, broaden contacts with arms carriers and other actors of
influence, strengthen the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, and develop the
ICRC's contribution to the global and regional debates on humanitarian law and policy
issues.

6.1 missions:
 Designs Macs the best personal computers in the world.
 Leads the digital revolution with its iPods and iTunes online store.
 Reinvented the mobile phone with its revolutionary phone and APP store,
And has recently its magical ipad which is defining the future of mobile media
and Commuting devices.
Value:
 Value proposition is as important as a person’s soul. A company without a
clear and singular is like an individual without energy and power. Value
proposition is a company’s strategy that attracts customers to purchase its
products. The value proposition convinces customers that company’s
products and service are the best among all the rivals so that they will buy
the products. Apple is a company which has such a great brand and a
great value proposition.
If they follow the rules and make ethics work this will help organizations
to achieve there mission and expand more ,make more profits .
6.2 Apple’s objective is to expand their sales to customers who have not yet own
an apple product. They do this not only through advertising but by expanding
their distribution network as well.
Research and development: To produce hassle free products that provides
service and enjoyment for customers. Relationship is development the mobile
and Microsoft and computer.
Advertising: Become an online search machine and platform for advertising.
Relationship is to update the people with the new products.
HR: Maintaining good use of employer- employee relations. Relationship responsible for
all the staff in the business.
6.3 strategic planning processes; Strategic planning is an organization's process of
defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to
pursue this strategy. It may also extend to control mechanisms for guiding the
implementation of the strategy. Strategic planning became prominent in corporations
during the 1960s and remains an important aspect of strategic management. It is
executed by strategic planners and strategists, who involve many
Parties and research sources in their analysis of the organization and its relationship to
the environment in which it competes.
Aim: To attempt or intend to reach a certain goal.
Objective (smart):
All business needs to set objective, objectives are important they focus organizations.
Businesses that have specific aims are usually more successful than those that don't;
because a business with objectives knows what it is trying to achieve. Objectives can be
set in all areas of the business e.g. sales, production, finance and marketing.
SMART
An effective way to set objectives is to follow the well known acronym SMART. A smart
objective is
Specific,
Measurable,
Achievable,
Realistic and
Time scaled
An objective that follows SMART is more likely to succeed because it is clear (specific)
so you know exactly what needs to be achieved. You can tell when it has been
achieved (measurable) because you have a way to measure completion. A SMART
objective is likely to happen because it is an event that is achievable. Before setting a
SMART objective relevant factors such as resource and time were taken into account to
ensure that it is elastic. Finally the timescale element provides a deadline which helps
people focus on the tasks required to achieve the objective. The timescale element
stops people postponing task completion.
Apple strategic planning processes: Apple added GPS, touch screen, and app support.
... Good strategic planning should lead a company to growth, increasing profitability.
Aim: Apple Inc. aims to carve out a bigger presence in people's lives, pushing the idea
that its newest gadget and newest app will bring people; - Apple has updated its retail
store point-of-sale systems to take mobile payments wirelessly through near-field
communication. leading company in the consumer electronics industry, Apple has to
always ... Apple always aims to launch products that are truly innovative and one of a
kind.
Objective ( smart): apple s objective is to expand their sales to customers who have not
yet own an Apple product. They do this not only through advertising but by expanding
their distribution network as well. In my opinions, in order to expand their distribution
network, Apple has their products such as the iphone sold in various internet providers
like Smart one, 3, and CSL. Stores such as Smart one aim to sell long-term phone
plans with the iPhone. By promoting the popular generations of the iPhone they are able
to sell plans along with the iPhone. Apple also offers its products in third party retail
stores such as Broadway and Fortress. Lastly they also sell their products in Flagship
stores such as the new store opened in Central, Hong Kong. The use of a flagship store
eliminates the need for people to visit stores such as “DGA-Design” in Causeway Bay or
the previous “DG” that was located in the IFC Mall. A flagship store located in the heart
of Hong Kong for example is a great way to attract customers. Also they offer anything
Apple related, from products to software and servicing.
6.4 “Strategic planning process: produce high quality, Low cost, Easy to use products
that incorporate high technology for the world we are proving that high technology in
apple company this is our “Strategic planning process.
Marketing planning helps you develop products and services in your but are a very
valuable process that can greatly contribute to your business success, Marketing helps
you to find out what makes your business unique, App Store is a service mark of Apple
Inc. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google Inc.
Apple's Strategic Technology Plan Supporting the Music Industry, The 21st century has
developed the preferred method of listening to music. Apple must be able to identify
effective strategic themes and results to maintain the company.
Organizations structure: we should keep the right person I the right place, that helps me
to meet our goals and achieve the targets.
Example: If we want to hire one of the employees we have the testimony of accounting
to put it in the accounting department, and if we put in the marketing department it is
thereby hampering the movement of labor will not be able to reach our goals we have to
put the right person in the right place to get to objectives.
