The document discusses how thoughts can impact physical health. It states that thoughts trigger chemical reactions in the body and influence cellular structure. Positive thoughts like peace and gratitude create an alkaline environment while negative thoughts like anger create an acidic one. Chronic stress from negative thoughts long-term can lead to health issues like arthritis, diabetes and cancer by producing too much cortisol. The document recommends managing stress by living in the present rather than worrying about the past or future, and finding peace through God's word and walking with Christ's presence.
2. THOUGHTS
MATTER
We do not have the luxury of thoughtlessness.
For every thought there is a chemical cascade that
washes over the body.

Stop the Fiery Darts!
Because of the way that the brain is
wired, it is prone to pick up on sexually
relevant cues. Looking at pornography
triggers memories about how to
respond to these cues and a chemical
cascade is set off and the psychological,
emotional and behavioral response
begins. Be careful about rewiring the
brain where a behavioral addiction is
easily formed.
SEXuality
Anger floods the middle part of the
brain, draining blood from the higher
(thinking) part of the brain. The
thinking brain goes from pink to white,
as it’s ability is compromised. It is
important to avoid the flooding that
can cause one to do something ‘they
would never think of doing if they were
in their right mind’.
