7. ‘In Broad Daylight’, is a movie opening sequence with
thriller drama as a genre. Genre is a style or category
of art, music, or literature. For my project, I chose
thriller as a genre. I chose this genre because in my
opinion, this particular genre I chose i.e. thriller
grasps the attention of people of all age groups and
social class, and can be able to relate to the lives of
many people.
8. ▪ The quick cuts and changes in angle shots were to
add the excitement and increase the suspense of
the film. The scenes and suspenseful music
increased the tension and perplexity of the films
scenario. But while making a mysterious film I also
tried to keep it as close to reality as possible,
considering that such event happen commonly
nowadays. And thus, I also ended the film with a
cliffhanger

16. ▪ For distribution, I would like to team up with 20th
Century Fox.This is because, IN BROAD DAYLIGHT,
is a project that needs distributors that have
interest to promote and distribute this kind of
movie. 20th Century Fox is a American film studio
and is known for promoting various different kinds
of movies of different genre.
17. I would prefer 20th Century Fox for a number of
reasons as it is one of the distribution companies that
promotes films to a wide audience with a low budget.
20th Century Fox is famous for distributing a wide
range of movies and introducing new directors to the
world of film industry . For these reasons I would
prefer 20th Century Fox over other distribution
companies.

assignment helped me master the use of my camera,
‘Canon 60 D’ along with it’s specified tripod.This project
besides helping me learn new things also taught me to
see from different point of views while searching for new
contrasting ideas.
25. ▪ This assignment was extremely beneficial for me, as I not
only developed many of my skills but learned to see things
from a director or producer’s point of view which is, no
doubt, going to help me in the days that follow. Recording
all the scenes proved to be a very remarkable chance for
me to think of all the possibilities.
26. ▪ Using different camera angles was a marvelous way
of adding more stress and prominence to increase
the intensity of a scene. I used many ways to edit
my presentation in the best way to amuse the
audience. using the camera and shooting the
scenes allowed me to see things in a way like never
before and helped me examine the set to best suit
my requirements.
