• Recruitment team pre screens all candidates for skill set match,
communication skills and genuineness of employment.
• Conduct 3 rounds of interviews to select, first 2 rounds are Lead and Manager
and the 3rd is HR/Manager round.
• First Round
o Conducted by Senior software engineers
o Interview Mode: Telephonic/ In-Person
o Skills Tested: CV/Resume/Linkedin education and detail experiences
• Second Round
o Conducted by AUM’s Project Manager
o Interview Mode: In-Person
o Skills Tested: Quality of work experience, Functional Expertise Communication skills,
Logical reasoning & clear way forward
• Third Round
o Conducted by HR + Global Delivery Head/General Manager
o Interview Mode: In-Person
o Skills Tested: Educational Background, Communication (Spoken English, Clarity, tone of
speech, Accent, Grasping Power), Quality of Work, Ability to learn, Flexibility, Leadership
