activities.
 Which are used to enhance
social relations and define roles
within teams, often involving
collaborative tasks.
 It is distinct from team training,
which is designed to improve the
efficiency, rather than
interpersonal relations.
Stages of team Building
Forming
Storming

Adjouring
Forming
 It is the initial stage of
the team building.
 At this stage we direct
the team.
 Establishing clear
objectives for both team
and individual
 Define the roles and
responsibilities of team
members
Storming
 It is the next stage after formation of a team
 In this stage establishing process and structures
 Build trust and good relationships
 Resolving conflicts
Norming
 In this stage team members have better
understanding levels about their team members.
 Helping team members
 Taking responsibility for the progress towards goal
Performing
 This is the stage where we actually perform the task.
 Delegating work
 Focusing on the goal
Adjouring
 This is the last stage.
 Celebrating the success of the team
 Most team work basis on time basis, so they may
dissolve.
 At this stage team members may change
 Taking the positive approach towards it.
