Avoid Caffeine
Food such as chocolate, cocoa and sodas contain high levels of the stimulant, which can be the
cause of headache pain.
Avoid High Amounts of Sugar
Foods that contain high amounts of sugar have been found to cause migraines.
Avoid Alcohol
Drinking alcoholic beverages can cause dehydration and therefore cause headaches. Limiting
your intake will greatly keep headaches at bay.
