Occurring when the natural lenses of the eyes lose function, DLS typically
takes place in individuals aged 40 and above. The first stage of DLS is the
inability of the eye to focus on nearby objects.
The second stage of DLS occurs when people are 50 to 60 years old. The lens
begins to undergo clouding due to the loss of protein. At this stage, people
may have difficulty reading in dim light.
The third stage of DLS is the formation of a cataract. Professionals advise
