A State of conflict between to regions, states, or countries.
A Civil war is when a country is fighting against itself. Or the very
people it’s supposed to leading.
War is also wasteful, destructive, and hateful, in terms of both
human lifes
3. CAUSES OF WAR
Some would argue that Religion is the cause of all wars. This is not the
case, however, but it does play a role.
In ancient times, most wars where over land and food.
Weather patterns indirectly caused conflicts, mostly during times of
drought.
Many socialists have argued that the lack of free trade causes many
conflicts, but it has yet to explain wars in the past.

Nationalism and patriotism have caused many wars, including the First
World War.
5. EFFECTS OF WAR
War costs billions, if not trillions of dollars.
Wars cost lives and lots of them, let it be military or civilian
deaths.
They add that over 150M have died from war-related deaths since 3000
BCE, though approximately 96% of those deaths have occurred in the last 400
years (1500-2000).
Child soldiers are being used in wars today, mostly in Africa.
