Company Description
Stages & Paths was founded in 2000 and is an ASIC registered company (ABN 53 154 588
584). Our client base is by referral and as a preferred provider to organisations such as
the Red Cross. We are recommended by the Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre
to those who are not eligible for or who require services outside those provided by
government-funded programs
Services
Stages & Paths is a private, non-medical, in-home care business and does not receive
government funding. A core staff coordinates, supervises and provides on-going training
to caregivers in the field. Caregivers are matched to recipients based on skills,
personality, location and availability. Where ever possible, a single caregiver will provide
all services with a back-up caregiver introduced early to ensure continuity of care. Senior
staff introduce caregivers to clients with complex needs and all staff receive on-the-
ground training across the range of our services before working independently. 24/7
support is guaranteed to all caregivers along with regular supervision, on-going training
and annual skills assessments.
A minimum of one-hour is required for a caregiver to provide services within the
metropolitan area. A minimum of three-hours is required when outside the metro area.
24/7 telephone support and emergency respite are available. A more detailed list of
services and our pricing sheet are available upon request.
