  2. 2. INGREDIENTS <ul><li>6 eggs </li></ul><ul><li>1l milk </li></ul><ul><li>10 cl cream </li></ul><ul><li>10g starch </li></ul><ul><li>150g sugar </li></ul><ul><li>1 cinnamon stick </li></ul><ul><li>1 lemon peel </li></ul>
  3. 3. PREPARATION <ul><li>1. Put in a pot at stove the milk and cream, with the lemon peel and cinnamon stick, let it boil and turn off the stove immediately. Then let it cool and strain it. </li></ul>
  4. 4. PREPARATION <ul><li>2. Aside, separate the yolk the whites. In a casserole or pot where to do the cream, and out the stove, mix the yolks with the sugar and stir very well until the mixture begins to turn a lighter color. </li></ul>
  5. 5. PREPARATION <ul><li>3. A side, dilute the starch with a little bit milk, add it to the yolks mixed with sugar, stir well add slowly the strained milk. Set a gentle stove and stirring constantly, bring it to boiling point (you must be careful not to boil, the eggs are cut). </li></ul>
