Advance Business Concept Inc. (ABCI) faces problems with their existing system for monitoring products and sales reports. Specifically, transferring data from outlets to managers is time consuming, and there is no automatic notification when products reach critical restocking levels. To address these issues, the developers propose creating a new computer system. It will allow supervisors to directly input daily sales data, eliminating tedious manual data transfer. The system will also automatically notify managers when products need to be restocked. This new system aims to help ABCI more efficiently monitor the daily operations of its outlets.

Time consuming in Transferring of Data or reports
Transferring of Data or reports from cell-phone to computer, they are sending the daily
report for each outlet to the manager and the manager will encode that information to the
computers and it is very time consuming
Notification for every product that is on Critical level and need to restock
The supervisor needs to inform first the manager that the certain product is in the
critical level then the manager will tell the coca cola to restock product in the certain outlet, they
don’t have a software that will automatically notify the manager about the product that is in
critical level and need to be restock

challenge in field of Information Technology. Because of it, designing and developing gathered
information related to computer is growing fast over the years up to present. There are a lot of
successful and well known people in the IT sector that gives inspiration to the present generation
and because of them, IT students are dedicated and desire to learn deep knowledge in this field.
Advance Business Concept Inc. (ABCI) is a trading and Distribution Company registered with
the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2001. ABCI has assigned supervisors and crew per
outlet. The supervisors oversee the daily operation of the ABCI canteen. They are in charge of
reporting daily sale thru text messaging to the key officers of ABCI. That is why the developer
comes up with a system that need for the development of ABCI. ABCI has such a wide variety
of food and drinks that they have to input daily sales of each item in the canteen. With the use of
the proposed system, supervisors can readily just input the sales and this will be received and
recorded in the computer system of ABCI. This will no longer be such a tedious and long process
for ABCI to monitor the daily sales of all outlets.
