Ms. Barnett is assigned to Juliet Unit on 2nd Shift and has limited access to the Case Managers and Correctional
Counselors, but that does not stop her from passing informantion on to co-workers and unit staff members. She takes time
to explain areas that she may have a question about or need guidance in. She always has apositive attitude about work and
the job she is doing in the unit. When a new challange or a change in the overall running ofunit the comes along Ms. Barnett
moves forward and expects the challange and change. She is a great asset to the Juliet Unit Team.

- Officer Barnett has the basic understanding of her of her job and the duties of her unit she is assigned to. I
encourge her to learn and get a understanding of other job assignemnts through the facility. She is aware of her
strengths and has been working with her peers to better understand there weakness and strengths to better the team.
She is being to understand thwt thw unit is a slice of the big picture and that situations and issues in the unit not only
effect the unit , but also the facility
