Process in Action
 Mail sent to requestors on a weekly basis to update the
required fields in Onelist.
 Working with Dipuraj and CAT team to add more categories
to the Field “Request Type”
 Working with Dipuraj and CAT team to add more options to
the Onelist field “Product Line”, so that the requestors select
the right option instead of others.
Quality Workflow Feedback evaluations
 Identified three different scenarios of WF process and set
standard template for commentaries to be entered while
pushing files through Workflow.
 Scheduled a Bi-weekly meeting with Audit team to discuss
the Audit Feedbacks and educate them on the scope.
 Prem/Gayathri to be getting access to the Audit SAT tool
and review the Feedbacks logged by auditors on a regular
basis.
 Working with Dheepa on RCA for Audit Feedbacks and to
validate the errors logged by Site audit team to be genuine
on a weekly Basis

Highlights of the week
 GPP to schedule all US files to March 21 from 03/04/2013
due to the De-segmentation Content Moratorium
 SPOT will check out all relevant Browse pages / files to
prevent changes being made by the business
 Storm Team will reject requests for the Storm, S&P and
Masthead files.
 The PLE Learn team is not planning to make any changes to
Learn content during this period.
 Sales Catalogue will reject all changes to the SMB catalogue
during this period.
Audit & content Team calibration:
There is a subsequent fall in the requests raised by Audit team
this week after this calibration.
91 Commercial requests were raised for Week 4 in GPP tool.
There were 82 sustaining requests and all of them were
addressed within the SLA.

 Recapped the GPP scope on the Bi-weekly meeting with
Audit team.
 Discussed the rejected requests and restated the updates
out of GPP scope.
 Provided Regional Business POCs for the requests out of

Compare) and elaborated the areas of GPP scope
 Emphasized the Auditors to contact Prem/Gayathri for any
clarifications while logging in requests or providing
feedbacks.
