7. Miscommunication through E-mail has been a big in
concern in our offices there are three main reasons as
to why
The lack of one on one interaction
The writer’s ability to convey their emotion through
writing the other people
The amount it takes for a coworker to respond.
8. To fix our issues with miscommunication we
plan to do more face to face as much as
possible, as well as phone calls, and there we
will require all the information work needed so
there won’t be any confusion what so ever.
E-mail will still be an asset to our offices so we
will inform and schedule mandatory hours to
in which e-mail will be available from certain
time to certain time so that way we’ll avoid late
correspondence.
