really slow service and poorly managed installation - everything has been great since things are up
and running but it was way too painful to get here
Your locations are so inconvenient. I am not the service reps cleanup crew - there were twist ties
and empty plastic bags left in my yard when they left. Slap in the face when I asked for assistance. I
used to like TeleLine but now I'm going to switch if this problem isn't fixed.
Your fake speedtest speeds are so misleading. Your service center is too busy to keep social

Unfortunately my experience with Teleline has been very frustrating. The primary problem is that is
requires me to log in every time. I never can remember my log in credentials. I used a true speed
test and saw I was getting only 1/10 of what I am paying for. I really think I'm going to change
service providers.

This service install was painful. You have always had great service but the new product lines are a
disaster - I don't think anybody has been trained up on the correct processes because they kept
stopping work to call in. Don't offer new products if your team can't actually set them up! I was
excited about my new contract but this left a real sour taste in my mouth.
This experience was horrible. The hardware needs to be replace constantly. Every time I call about
my bill Im on hold for a long wait period and none of my information is passed along. I cant
continue to work from home with such crappy service.

The setup process was simple and your team was helpful. I like that I don't have to have a
technician come in to do the set up and I can do it on my own. I really appreciated it.
The service outage notifications were great. I typically manage my account through the app it
simplifies my life. and the wait to speak to someone was almost non existent. Within only an hour I
got a call back letting me know that my issue had been resolved. What a great experience!
The service installations was painful. Not only was it rescheduled twice, but the crew was very
disorganized and didn't seem to know any details of the work order. They started installing the
wrong system! I shouldn't have to hover over your technicians to make sure they don't mess up at
their jobs.
The representative understood my issue straight away. It also seems like the connection issues
have all been resolved. Very thankful for the teleline team.

The process was very smooth and I felt valued as a customer. They also have reliable service and
rarely have outages. That said, the installation experience was horrible! Do you technicians even
know how to do their jobs? It look hours to get set up, and after all that, it didn't work! They had
to come back with more parts another day. Very underwhelming start to an otherwise good
service.
The level of service is about as bad as the connection. Managing my account is difficult. The
product is worth it at the end of the day but I feel like the price point can be improved.

for additional service. Being quick doesn't win you any points if nothing works!!

Teleline needs to get it together! Really disorganized and unprofessional install team. Bad start to a
new contract. I was mad that I already signed a contract because if I hadn't I would have gone with
another provider.
Teleline must have really low standards for hiring technicians. The set up took hours longer than I
was told it would, and I had to have your team out 2 more times before things were consistently
working correctly. An embarrassment for your company. How can you send out untrained
technicians?

Teleline is the worst provider I have ever been with. My service kept cutting out. The online
support didn't answer any of my questions. After two minutes they just hung up on me and I was
furious at the lack of regard for a paying customer - I will never use this service again.

Really unimpressed with the set up and installation. They started installing the wrong package!
When I pointed it out, it took them over 10 minutes to find the right materials for my order in their
truck, and were arguing really loudly the whole time. Your team is disorganized and unprofessional.

Really unhappy with the installation experience. They showed up late and kept stopping work to
call in. I don't think they knew what they were doing! Do you not train your own staff? I actually
solved one of the problems by identifying that they were trying to connect to the wrong port. I
expect my service providers to know more than me, not less! Get your team some training before
you send them out to do installs.

felt bad for him - if you aren't training your staff, that's a Teleline problem! I told him I wasn't mad
at him, I was mad at YOU for putting us both in an awkward situation by not training him enough.

Really disorganized team managing the install. They were polite enough to me, but arguing loudly
between themselves, which was very unprofessional. I felt like I was in the middle of an
interpersonal conflict even though it was happening in the other room! Embarrassingly bad
teamwork.
Really bad start to this contract. Refused to do the install until I got my landlord to track down the
prior tenant of my home to remind them to terminate their service. I can't believe I had to wait a
week not being connected because of another customer that isn't even associated with this
address! I can't believe this hasn't happened before and that you don't have any actual solutions
for customers in this situation.

My technician was really polite but it was clear he didn't know what he was doing. I could tell he
was trying and honestly felt bad, because he seemed really stressed out when things weren't
working. You need to train your technicians better. I would rather wait longer for an installation
appointment than get next-day service with somebody who isn't able to do their job.

The hardware needs to be replace constantly. Every time I call about my bill Im on hold for a long wait period and none of my information is passed along. I cant continue to work from home with such crappy service. The staff is super friendly. The signal is good here. And the technicians are always friendly and have fixed every issue of mine. Well done. The speed and price of the service is better than I expected. The customer support team is always fantastic. I like that I don't have to have a technician come in to do the set up and I can do it on my own. I really appreciated it. The service outage notifications were great. I typically manage my account through the app it simplifies my life. and the wait to speak to someone was almost non existent. Within only an hour I got a call back letting me know that my issue had been resolved. What a great experience! The service installations was painful. Not only was it rescheduled twice, but the crew was very disorganized and didn't seem to know any details of the work order. They started installing the wrong system! I shouldn't have to hover over your technicians to make sure they don't mess up at their jobs. The representative understood my issue straight away. It also seems like the connection issues have all been resolved. Very thankful for the teleline team. The quality of teleline technicians has gone downhill. It's clear they were poorly trained on the new services and took much too long to get things up and running correctly. I hope I don't have any further problems because I have no confidence your team will be able to manage it.

They also have reliable service and rarely have outages. That said, the installation experience was horrible! Do you technicians even know how to do their jobs? It look hours to get set up, and after all that, it didn't work! They had to come back with more parts another day. Very underwhelming start to an otherwise good service. The level of service is about as bad as the connection. Managing my account is difficult. The product is worth it at the end of the day but I feel like the price point can be improved. The install techs were prompt and quick but nothing worked when they left and I had to call back for additional service. Being quick doesn't win you any points if nothing works!! I was mad that I already signed a contract because if I hadn't I would have gone with another provider. Teleline must have really low standards for hiring technicians. The set up took hours longer than I was told it would, and I had to have your team out 2 more times before things were consistently working correctly. An embarrassment for your company. How can you send out untrained technicians? Teleline is the worst. They smelled like smoke when they entered my home. They were rude when they got on the phone. Im not happy with the service at all.

The online support didn't answer any of my questions. After two minutes they just hung up on me and I was furious at the lack of regard for a paying customer - I will never use this service again. Teleline is the worst provider I have ever been with. I first waiting over 2 hours to even be connected to someone. Also your hidden service fees have got to be communicated up front. I cant continue to work from home with such crappy service. Teleline is a great service provider. The communication about outages is really nice. I don't think they knew what they were doing! Do you not train your own staff? I actually solved one of the problems by identifying that they were trying to connect to the wrong port.
