Polisi telah memeriksa empat saksi untuk mengetahui kronologi tabrakan maut yang dialami
seorang model remaja, Olivia Dewi, di Jalan Sudirman, Jakara, Sabtu dini hari tadi, 10 Maret
2012. Dalam kecelakaan ini, Olivia tewas di tempat, sedangkan teman semobilnya, Joy
Sebastian, mengalami luka bakar parah.
"Menurut saksi yang kami periksa, mobil itu berjalan dari arah Semanggi ke Bundaran HI. Setiba
di Jalan Sudirman, tepatnya di depan Wisma Nugra Santana, mobil itu menabrak tiang reklame,"
ujar Kepala Seksi Kecelakaan Polda Metro Jaya Komisaris Pol. Miyanto kepada VIVAnews.
Para saksi, kata Miyanto, melihat mobil berpelat nomor B 60 GOH itu melaju kencang dan
oleng. Kejadian itu sekitar pukul 03.00 WIB dini hari. "Saksi mengatakan mobil itu tiba-tiba
terbakar," kata dia.
Miyanto mengatakan kobaran api dengan cepat membesar dan membakar seluruh badan mobil
dan penumpangnya. "Kap mobil habis terbakar. Setir mobil terbakar dan patah, sudah tidak pada
tempatnya lagi," katanya.
Sejumlah orang yang melihat kejadian itu berupaya memadamkan api.
Sekitar pukul 04.30 WIB, kedua korban dievakuasi. Jenazah Olivia dibawa ke RS Cipto
Mangunkusumo, sedangkan Joy dilarikan ke RS Jakarta. Saat ini, jenazah Olivia telah
disemayamkan di Rumah Duka Rumah Sakit Dharmais di bilangan Jakarta Barat. Sementara itu,
Joy dipindahkan ke Rumah Sakit Gading Pluit.
Hingga saat ini, polisi belum bisa menyimpulkan mengapa mobil yang dikendarai mantan Gadis
Sampul 2010 itu terbakar. "Apakah karena percikan akibat benturan atau karena ada sumber api
lain. Kami masih melakukan penyelidikan, belum berani menyimpulkan," tutur Miyanto. "Saksi
yang melihat hanya mengatakan mobil oleng sebelum menabrak dan terbakar." (kd)
