SpatzAI is a proposed AI-driven intervention platform and app to resolve minor problematic behavior in teams before it escalates into toxic conflicts. It would provide a 3-step application for documenting issues, as well as a peer review network to resolve unaddressed conflicts. The goal is to become the global default platform for handling such minor disputes in organizations. It would collect data on team disputes and measure success, with the founders having relevant experience in business, design, and research. A business model of free basic use or paid access to data is proposed.
