Hello,
Thursday, October 24th
is the first scheduled parent teacher conference night for
Rossview Middle School. The Hospitality Committee will be providing the teachers
with a dinner during this time considering they will be there from start of school till
approx 8pm. Let’s show our teachers how much we appreciate their diligence and
important feed back to parents.
We are in need of the following items:
Hospitality Menu- Parents please ensure your name and your child’s 7th
period teachers name is taped to any containers you want returned. The
PTO will ensure your child brings your container home.
12 - 8 pieces of chicken
5 - Broccoli Casserole
5 - Hashbrown Casserole
5 - Sweet Potato Casserole
10 - 8ct bags of dinner rolls
2 - bottles of honey
2 - tubs of butter
5 - Apple Pies
6 - Cheesecakes
3 - gallons of sweet tea
2 - 12pks of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite
2 - 24 pks of water
1 - family pack napkins
1 - plastic ware for 80
1 - cups for 80
Please respond back to me not later than Wednesday, Oct 22nd, so I may
coordinate this effort. Drop off time and location will be given upon your response
and confirmation.
