6. On-Site Power Measurement Validation
In order to eliminate the customers’ concern
on modules’ power output, Seraphim has
been the world’s 1st company passing TUV
SUD On-site Power Measurement Validation
program. In all aspects of measurement,
Seraphim follows the standards defined
by TUV to guarantee the accuracy,
traceability and stability through the control
of environment conditions, simulator
maintenance, reference module and testing
procedures etc.
Fire test
The fire resistance requirements for PV modules are based on the American fire tests for roof
coverings according to UL 790 and IEC 61730.
The test is to be performed for the fire resistance qualification of PV modules in the roof
area. For this purpose both roof-integrated PV modules and also modules for roof parallel
installation are subjected to flame treatment from the upper surface.
Therefore, choosing PV modules which pass fire test can minimize the risk, SERAPHIM has
passed fire test with CLASS C classification for all product range in TUV SUD and TUV
Rheinland.

Our ERP is realizing the Real-Time Tracebility and Transparent-Production between customer
and SERAPHIM.
SERAPHIM is being equipped with advanced own-developed ERP system in all work-flow,
including purchasing, QA/QC, warehousing, each production process and etc. Thanks to
our ERP, SERAPHIM is first company to realize the “Real-Time Tracebility” and “Transparent-
Production” from the beginning of production till final products.
Now, our ERP is also providing further benefits to our partners. Our customers are able to
access all testing results, including EL (Electroluminescence), Power and IV-Curve in our ERP
through Internet.
PHOTON TEST
Seraphim Module shine in real life conditions with top performance
in Photon Laboratory’s test from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012
The test is conducted by the independent
laboratory of the leading industry magazine
Photon, and is currently the most recognized
yield performance test comparing international
module brands over several years, during
different seasons and in different light
conditions.
Since 2005, Photon Lab has operated an ong
oing test that monitors the energy yield of solar
modules from leading manufacturers. This test
compares the energy produced kilowatt of
installed power of the participating modules,
under identical conditions.
Photon Test 2012 leading brands
In late 2011, Seraphim submitted the
modules to participate the PHOTON outdoor
measurement. Since then, these modules
were yielding very stably and outstandingly.
In the period of entire 2012, Seraphim’s poly
crystalline panels came in the 4th place out of
170 modules tested from global manufacturers,
with a high performance ratio of 93.6%.
The top 3 are from SunPower, nevertheless,
Seraphim modules actually are taking the 1st
place if the comparison is only based on regular
technology Si-modules, or 1st place among
Chinese producers.
