1. HOW TO MAKE
CITRUS SLICE
BY SAPPHIRE, MADHU &
HARVIE

2. Ingredients
 100g butter
 3/4cup(1/2) sweetened condensed milk
 1 cup coconut
 Grated rind of 1 or 2 citrus fruit
 1(200g) packet of wine biscuits ,crushed

3. Icing
 1 cup icing sugar
 2 tbsp soft butter
 Citrus fruit juice

4. Melt the butter

5. Add condensed milk

6. Add coconut

7. Add finely grated rind of one
large or 2 small lemons ,oranges ,
mandarins or tangelos


8. Add crushed biscuits, mix
well

9. Lightly place in a
buttered or sprayed
dish square or
rectangular shaped

10. Mix icing sugar with soft butter
,then add juice, a few drops at a
time then mix well

11. Spread the icing

12. Put in freezer till firm ,
then cut into squares or
rectangles
