STRENGTH:
   It provide wide range of career opportunities in oil and gas industry.
   They help the employee to develop a safe and competent workforce.
   It contribute direct tax annually in excess of ₤10 billion.
   Managers work in different ways to achieve their specific objectives
   Academy encourage schools, universities to get new entrants into
    the industry.
   In oil and gas industry, they follow democratic style to get best out
    of their staff.
WEAKNESS
 They  follow autocratic management style in the
  oil and gas industry.
 If unskilled employee is employed, there will be
  unsafe condition in offshore.
 If very difficult to cope with theory X person in
  the organization.
 It may cause some health problems.

 It is highly inflammable due to it may cause
  death.
OPPORTUNITIES
 Uk supports nearly half a billion jobs.
 The academy has created a learning supply chain to
  stimulate the movement of the people within the
  industry.
 It also works in partnership with many different
  organizations, including government, trade and
  enterprise bodies to support the industry’s development.
 Once young people are employed, they given many
  benefits to help them to grow personal confidence and
  make them to solve problem individually.
THREATS
 They    adopt a paternalistic style where as
  employee less likely to feel unhappy about it.
 They wont ask employee suggestions.

 They wont allow above 35 age employee in the
  field of work.
CONCLUSION
o   The oil and gas industry provide a wide variety
    of jobs roles, both offshore and onshore.
o   Diverse range of staff, appropriate management
    styles are vital to ensure safety and best
    solutions.
o   OPITO helps to encourage young people to
    consider oil and gas industry as an exciting
    career choice.
