Scope:
● It is a business management course with a purpose to help the
student to work within the aviation industry.
● When students join for BBA Aviation course they learn and get a
concept of working of airline management, travel, and hospitality
industry functions, fundamentals of business communication and
economics, aviation operations, safety and security and role of
human resource in the aviation industry.

Eligibility Criteria
● As a minimum criterion of eligibility, the course requires the
candidate to be passed 10+2
● Candidates should have the ability to handle difficult people,

Duration:
● BBA Aviation is a 3- year undergraduate course

What Does the Job Entail?
● Such graduates are hired in capacities together with Airport
Manager/Assistant Manager, Cargo Manager, Ground Staff Manager,
Safety and Maintenance Manager, Customer Care Executive, etc.
● If a student gets a job as a ’passenger service agent’ then she /he has to
attend to electronic check-in of passengers for domestic as well as
international flights.
● Passenger’s documents have to be verified.
● Seats must be assigned to the passengers and accurate boarding
passes have to be issued for each of the flights.
● Seat reservations, as well as tickets, have to be verified.
● Whenever passengers request any information it should be provided.
