Graduation was a very proud moment for me. It was one of the best
feelings at the time, knowing that I did well and was moving onto better
things. Reality struck when I realized the real world was waiting for me at
the other end of that stage and something about that feeling I liked.
There‟s plenty kids who don‟t get to make their parents proud with such
a small milestone, but I sure as hell made my mother proud.
3. + Being accepted after graduation was sort of a big deal for me only
because I had taken some time of to figure me out. And these were a
few of my choices, centennial of course being my final choice and
pursuing my advanced diploma in Business Administration – Human
Resources. I feel like I‟m finding a sense of purpose and there are goals
that need and will be attained.

Community Event: “Heal „n‟ Scars”
This community event was a
great experience because I got
to participate in giving back. My
friends and I as a company
(From The North) were able to
cause awareness for this brand
my friend founded. With some
of the proceeds from selling our
goods going to community
centres so that kids who don‟t
have a home have somewhere
to get away, eat, converse and
enjoy themselves.

My passport, its empty because
this one is new. But I hope to fill
it up once more with my
advanced diploma and taking
my studies further after
graduation. University is my
next stop and with my
education I hope to travel often
and experience new horizons.
This is a great window of
opportunity and I‟m glad I‟ve
already traveled often enough
growing up. Places such as
Trinidad, Jamaica, Florida and
England just to mention a few.
6. + This is where I currently work, Foot Locker. I‟ve been there for almost two
years now and I consider this somewhat of an accomplishment because its
not easy for most to keep hold of a job. I‟ve proven myself day in and day
out to be a salesman with a great attitude with a good nose for customer
service.
