This is a demand letter has been sent today, to the mother of Charles Dyer aka July 4 Patriot. I, Deborah Swan must now take this type of action . Janet Dyer is using me as her scapegoat and is helping Ed Snook, who owns the U S Observer, to destroy my name and my reputation. I was not aware of these actions that have been played against me , until about 2 months ago This has become critical and I must take the appropriate measures to clear my name. This is my first demand to stop with this slander of my name and reputation.I am being accused of crimes I have never done. I deserve a right to be shown the evidence of what all this group and Janet Dyer has blamed me of doing against Charles. Malicious slander of someone is one of the worst sins according to God. Slander is the acts of Satan and his children.

Dear Mrs. Dyer,
If you are represented by legal counsel, please direct this letter to your attorney
immediately and have your attorney notify me of such representation.
You are hereby directed to
CEASE AND DESIST ALL DEFAMATION OF DEBORAH KAY SWAN'S
CHARACTER AND REPUTATION.
I have recently learned that you are still engaging in spreading false, destructive, and
defamatory rumors about me through your conversations with supporters, public comments that
you have recently made, as well as public media sites such as Face book, Scribed, YouTube,
New Colony Media, Blog talk Radio, and many more. I was informed by Charles that you were
aware of the fact that he and I are back in contact and he does not consider me his enemy.
As you are also aware of the FACT that Ed Snook has made many open public statements about
his goal to destroy my life and find a way to have me put in prison. Snook's actions clearly
proves that his actions are deliberate and malicious. Mrs. Dyer when you post the link to
this article you are aiding Ed Snook and you are fully aware of the impact the effects this
has on me. If you are able to send the evidence that you claim you have , then send what
ever evidence that will prove that the following statements are factual. Opinions must be
stated as your opinion that have not been based by any facts or evidence, only your opinion.
I would also like to request the evidence where you claim I stole thousands of dollars from
Charles and then abandoned him in Texas. This along with the other crimes you accuse me of
doing is 100% false and shows malicious intentional acts of deceit on your part.
Under Oklahoma Law, it is unlawful to engage in defamation of another character and
reputation. Your defamatory statements on the attached page clearly prove all parties
involved are spreading malicious threats and defamation which will only continue to create a
public hate, mistrust and ridicule of me. Accordingly, I demand that you (A) immediately
cease and desist your unlawful defamation of my name as well as my past involvement in
Charles situation.
Provide me with prompt written assurance that you will cease and desist from further
defamation of my character and reputation. If you do not comply with this cease and desist
demand within this time period, I am entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief
for your defamation. In the event you fail to meet this demand, please be advised that I
will pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking monetary damages, injunction
relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorney’s fees. Your liability and
exposure under such legal action could be considerable. Please sign and return the attached
Defamation Settlement Agreement within ten 10 days to recommend that you consult with an
attorney regarding this matter. If you or your attorney have any questions, please contact
