Pros and Cons of Organized Sports for Youths
Pros and Cons of Organized Sports for Youths Sports in America are one of the biggest sensations around. They are everywhere you turn and they
become a big part of most people's lives, whether they actually participate in the sport or just watch it on television. Media and television play a huge
role in the obsession for sports. Constantly you see a professional athlete on a commercial, and see games on throughout the day. Also sports becomes
a business, they sell their jerseys, or pictures, and tickets to games. Children are exposed to a wide range of media that offers various sporting events.
Children with parents that are sport fanatics usually become interested in sports and will attend games and most of the time will ... Show more content

Learning how to work together and with a large group of children is a very good skill to have.
"A good parent–child relationship has the great potential to evolve from being involved in sports." (Ireland). When a child gets a sense of
encouragement it usually affects the way they play and leads them to succeed. Not only does the child get something out of it, but the parent learns
how to encourage their child while they control their competitive urge, and they tend to set goals for the child that way they can strive to succeed in
whatever thy are doing. Not only does it have the potential to build a strong relationship with a parent or guardian but it also can help you feel better
about yourself. It gives you a drive to become healthy, boost you confidence, helps your self–esteem, and also motivates you and develops a sense of
discipline. Also a big factor it helps reduce depression and the feeling of sadness. Although people find many positives about playing organized
sports, many people found negatives in the sports. One is the fact of it being too competitive. Once a child gets the idea of winning in their heads, or
the idea that they might be better than an opposing player people get worried that it will go too much to their heads. Just like the positives with the
social skills, it can also create negatives in social skills. "Such as if a child thinks they are better than another player it can result in people not liking
that player because they

Analysis Of FIFA 18
Last year, FIFA 17 was the best–selling game on the PlayStation 4 with over 10 million units sold worldwide. Not only did it perform exceptionally
well on the PlayStation, across all platforms, only Pokemon Sun/Moon on the 3DS sold more copies.
Without doubt, the FIFA franchise is huge and whileEA Sports know that they're likely to top the sales charts each year, I'm happy to report that with
FIFA 18, they are not resting on their laurels. Thanks to subtle improvements to the gameplay, as well as new features in the 'Career Mode', this year's
FIFA is EA's most complete entry in the series to date.

This attention to detail also stretches to certain players. While it would be impossible to uniquely program thousands of footballers individually, the
bigger name, as well as some lesser known players, have their own unique style of play. Of course, Ronaldo and Messi play like their real life
counterparts but it's refreshing to see someone like Matt Ritchie behave in a similar fashion to real life.
Although not a bad thing, the differences between FIFA's 17 and 18 regarding AI behaviour adapting during a match is less noticeable. Games are
slow and play out similarly to FIFA 17, with an emphasis on possession being the key to unlock defences. However, one welcome change I found is
how teams react to falling a goal or two behind.
One gripe I have of FIFA games is how the AI responds to conceding early on. Teams tend to go kamikaze, prematurely piling men forward leaving
gaps in defence. This behaviour is common at the latter stages of a real match but not early on. With FIFA 18, teams do seem less partial to keep
throwing men forward nonsensically when falling behind, now only doing so when time is running out or the possibility of a comeback is likely.
The quick substitution feature is a welcome addition. Quite simply, as a match nears its conclusion, pressing the R2 button brings up a small box
where you can substitute a tiring player with a positional like–for–like replacement instead of pausing

Interview With An Individual Who Works For Malmbergets Aif
For this assignment, I decided to conduct my interview with an individual who works for Malmbergets AIF (AIF = public sports club) in Malmberget,
situated in the far north of Sweden. Established in 1904, the veteran club is and have been active within numerous sports, from soccer to cross country
skiing, and throughout the club's long history, one will find stories of great success, such as when its Olympic handball team played in the highest
division in the mid–seventies, or one of the clubs cross–country skiers, Lina Andersson, won Olympic gold in 2006. Although, today, MAIF's efforts
are mainly focused on youth programs in various sports, with the ice–hockey team being the sole remaining adult team. Nonetheless, there are still some

Given that MAIF operates within a number of different sports, Johansson describes that the best part is that his job changes with the seasons. During
winter, he'll get to focus on sports like ice hockey, and during summer, he can focus on their youth programs for soccer. Much like several other
positions within the sport industry – at least in terms of working for a sports club –, what the job entails changes between seasons, but the difference for
Johansson is that there's never an off–season, which Johansson admits is challenging at times, but that he wouldn't have it any other way, as he claims
it "keeps [him] running", despite his age.
Likewise, when asked whether or not the job truly is as rewarding, easy going, and appealing as he makes it seem, he paused, before giving a lengthy
explanation regarding the effort required to do the job, saying that "it's going to require hard work at times", before adding that "that is the reality for
most jobs", but that he truly believes that his interest in what he does is what motivates him to push through it. He admits to have been lucky for –
officially – entering the industry at a later stage in his career, and for a position higher up the chain, because he's not sure his "passion for sports would
have survived otherwise", which I think might be the harsh truth a lot of individuals interested in a career within the industry might not get to hear. He

In this sense, diagnosis exists whether or not explicit diagnostic models are used (Akin, Dunford, & Palmer, 2006).
Although these views may not be explicitly stated, as implicit models they still have a powerful capacity to guide how we think about situations that
we face in our company, how we talk about those situations, and what we deem to be appropriate courses of action (Akin, Dunford, & Palmer, 2006).
The apparent option of EA Inc. not using a model is not a real option; the choice is whether EA Inc. should use one that is explicit or one that is implicit.
While implicit models may provide valuable insights based on accumulated experience, they do have limitations. First, they are likely to be based on
the limited experience of one or a few employees at EA Inc.; thus, their generalizing ability may be uncertain. Second, because they are implicit, it is
difficult for other employees to be aware of the framework/assumptions within which decisions are being made (Akin, Dunford, & Palmer, 2006).

Singapore Education System or Sports Program
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Singapore is known internationally for its strong education system. It has been described as "world leading". The nation's many successes are found in
the competitive edge of its people and governance but never in the area of sports. Since its independence in 1965, education and sports have been
instrumental in the nation building process. This approach is likely a deliberate attempt to build a national culture and identity in a multi–cultural
society. Sports and education provides a unifying ground and equality of opportunities for citizens to strive for a better future as well as to bond with a
common interest. Sports as a social unification instrument have been ironically criticized for the nation's inability to produce high–performing athletes.
To expedite the nation's sporting success, the Foreign Sports Talent (FST) scheme was introduced and frequently reviewed (The Straits Time, 2003,
"Committee of supply" 2011, Foo, 2013). The implication of this scheme infiltrated into the school's sporting scene that was replicated in school's
offering sport scholarships to foreign students even though their academic grades are not comparable to meet Singapore education standards. It is
evident that citizens are not supportive of the scheme and the desire of Singaporeans is to develop home–grown talents.
As part of the economic development strategy, sports profile in Singapore was given renewed attention when the country won the right to host the

Marketing Mix of Ea Sports
ASSIGNMENT OF MARKETING MANAGEMENT TOPIC :– MARKETING MIX MARKETING MIX OF EA SPORTS INTODUCTION :– EA
Sports is a brand name used by Electronic Arts since 1993 to distribute games based on sports. Formerly a gimmick inside Electronic Arts sports
games, that tried to mimic real–life sports networks, calling themselves "EA Sports Network" (EASN) with pictures or endorsements of real
commentators such as John Madden, it soon grew up to become a sub–label on its own, releasing game series such as FIFA, NHL, Madden NFL, and
NASCAR. EA Sports' early motto, If it's in the game, it's in the game, (later abbreviated to just It's in the game.) reflects the aim of the early games to

Hawkins was determined to sell directly to buyers. Combined with the fact that Hawkins was pioneering new game brands, this made sales growth
more challenging. Retailers wanted to buy known brands from existing distribution partners. Despite this, revenue was $5 million in the first year
and $11 million the next. [Former CEO Larry Probst arrived as VP of Sales in late 1984 and helped the company sustain growth into $18 million in
its third full year. Teaming with the existing sales staff that included Nancy Smith, David Klein, and David Gardner, Probst built the largest sales
force of any American game publisher. This policy of dealing directly with retailers gave EA higher margins and better market awareness, key
advantages the company would leverage to leapfrog its early competitors. Net revenue was $3 billion – up 19 percent. Gross margin was at an all time
high of 62.7 percent. Operating income was up 70 percent to $776 million while operating margin reached 26 percent. Their operating cash flow was

It's fair to say, certainly by now at least, EA Sports know that they're going to top the sales charts each year. While it's possible this may cause
complacency, EA never seem to rest on their laurels. Although last year saw significant refinements from FIFA 16 to 17, there certainly isn't as many

Pleasingly, although not perfectly, FIFA 18 stays true to the style of play certain teams are known for. Though one can argue that this was true of
FIFA 17 and to a degree, previous installments, the 2017/2018 season is still in its infancy and where Liverpool play a similar way to last season,
Man City's attacking style is slighly different with FIFA 18 mimicking it rather well.
The care for attention to detail is also true to that of individulal players. While it would be impossible to uniquely program thousands of players

Persuasive Essay On College Sports
Throughout the years, kids have played a variety of video games. These games could range anywhere from warfare games such as Call of Duty
Black Ops, fantasy games such as Final Fantasy or sports games such as Madden 16 or NCAA Football 11. Games that we played more consistently
than others were the team sports games such as NCAA football. The NCAA football games not only brought friends together but would also persuade
our minds to play football when we were of age. However, EA has not produced a NCAA football game since 2012. Thus leaving the people like us
who enjoyed the game, let down. The discontinuation of the NCAA college football series is a result of many things, specifically greed. Unfortunately,
with the greediness of the athletes, EA will never be able to make another NCAA college football game. When we were younger, many of us
dreamed to grow up and play football for our favorite college team. Therefore, when we played the NCAA football games, we were able to create a
prediction of what we may look like if playing for our favorite college team. Many of us predicted that we would be six foot two, two hundred and
twenty pound athletes who were usually the stars of the team. As a result of this false hope, many of us worked as hard as we could to make that
goal obtainable. However, EA has not released any college football games and this has resulted in kids playing other games such as FIFA. In an article
it was stated, "He wondered how many kids have started

Athletics For A Majority Of The Student Population
Athletics in Education Athletics, for a majority of the student population, provides a very meaningful experience in education. People that participate in
athletics will have better self–esteem, social confidence, and more academic achievement. Participating in an athletic program will help the student
contribute to the school community, which will help them identify with school values. One factor that may be overlooked in the participation of sports
is that it helps students have better physical health. Students who participate in sports learn to respect their health and they will try to stay healthier

Coaches are able to work with students and change their lives. In my career I have coached many young students, but the one thing that puzzled me
was the barriers causing some students not to participate. What are the barriers for students to not want to participate in athletics or other physical
activities? This was the question that I ask myself when I look at some students that don't participate in sports. I understand that sports are not for
everyone in the student population, but why are some students so hesitant to exercise? Some students are not participating in physical activates
because there are too many barriers for them. I started my research by doing an online search for barriers to physical activity. After numerous
searches I found a website that featured many reasons people don't participate in physical activates. The biggest break in my research was when I
found an article titled "Male Adolescents Reasons for Participating in Physical Activity, Barriers to Participation, and Suggestions for Increasing
Participation". This article provided me with a variety of information about why male students choose to not participate in sports. Through further
research I was able to locate an article on why females choose not to participate in sports. Armed with very useful tools I was ready to start diving
deeper into this topic. When I was researching my topic I tried to narrow my results for the barriers of sport participation into three

One thing that you would notice about all of his paintings. Norman Rockwell is able to paint a vivid picture of whatever you can think of but the way
he is able to capture certain situation is uncanny. He is able to capture an image that may have two or three different interpretations of the same

Sports Politics : Is The Fear Of A Loss Of Power? Essay
Sports Politics Essay
"Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts... perhaps the fear of a loss of power." (Steinbeck) International Sports Organizations have long been regarded as
entities who are committed to the highest level of honesty among many multinational governing bodies. They set programs in place for mass inclusion,
fund programs designed to help conflicting communities through sport, and demonstrate commendable levels of fairness and transparency. Self
interested policies could never exist within such a fair democratic structure, many times the policies implemented are meant to provide the utmost level
of cooperation needed to further the expansion of sport on a global and local level. At least that's what they would have you believe. The argument to
be made is whether international sports organizations, specifically FIFA, are engaged in questionable practices that allow them to impose their will
upon those who stand in their way. FIFA has long been regarded as the dominant governing body in theworld of football as they control the entire
process behind all aspects of the World Cup and other international tournaments. However, have you ever stopped to think about why they have been
so successful in remaining the sole actor in this role? International sports organizations maintain a high level of influence on a global scale, the amount
of power amassed by FIFA since their inception has exceeded that of many governments and has allowed them to be massive

Sports Marketing and Mobile Technology Essay
Sports marketing has made its way directly to the fans. In the past, only the extremely devoted fans would check on their teams online but now, the
norm has changed. Now the devoted fans learn new information before anyone else, and even get rewarded for it. In the article "The Passion of the
Fan", by Stewart Feil, fans are being rewarded for posting about their favorite teams on social media. The reason this is possible is because mobile
apps have greatly contributed to the way fans follow their teams. In "Sports marketing and technology with the New England Patriots", by Michael

This trend has become so popular that social media has exploded with sports news and is a popular way to find information on current sports. Feil
describes the influence of social media on sports, "As sports marketing agency Catalyst found in its 2012 Fan Engagement Study, digital
channels–league websites, fan sites, online sports news sources, sports–related Twitter feeds and other Internet and social media outlets–are now second
only to TV as a primary and trusted source of information for sports fans." People are now relying on social media to find their information, and they
are even spreading the news when they find out. Teams have started to capitalize on this acquired information. Feil goes into detail to show how the
Detroit Pistons have managed it, "A gamified app called SocialToaster that lets registered fans earn points for each item they repost to their social
media feeds; those with the most points receive game tickets, team merchandise and other incentives." Teams are capitalizing on this opportunity to
spread the word about themselves using prizes as incentives for devoted fans. By using this method, they hope to expand to new, untapped, resources
of fans and bring their current fan base even closer. It is truly a genius idea, the

The Arrows Between Cortisol And The Three Core Needs
The arrows between cortisol and the three core needs are shown as a dashed arrow to reflect the negative relationships against fandom/ fanship
formation. The solid arrows circulate from output to sporting events participation reveal the impacts of different psychological or behavioral
consequences may influence the desire to participate in sporting events, therefore, activate next round of neurochemical release. Hence, the fanatic
behavior will be continually reinforced or weakened.
For example, a blowout loss to an archrival or a shocking loss to a lower seeded opponent may cause negative emotions such as displeasure, anger and
shame, thus trigger cortisol. At that moment, the fan realizes that he cannot satisfy his needs, so he tries to do something to stop the anger. He may
avoid discussing the shameful experience with his friends or refuse to read or watch any media coverage of this embarrassing loss (Partridge, Wann, &
Elison, 2010). If he undergoes this suffering frequently, his fandom identification and spectatingmotivation will eventually vanish and then he may try
to involve in another activity that can trigger his happy chemicals and satisfy his needs.
Spectating sporting events does not produce negative outcomes all the time; it actually can trigger another type of chemicals that make sport fans want
to maximize their participation. For instance, when a football fan steps into the stadium, the rhythmic swaying of fellow fans or the coordinated

what means, are elite athletes developed to achieve this goal. One of the many aspects to athlete development is the controversial topic of deliberate
practice versus deliberate play. Deliberate practice can be defined as "any training activity (a) undertaken with the specific purpose of increasing
performance, (b) requiring cognitive and/or physical effort, and (c) relevant to promoting positive skill development" (Cote et al., 2007, p. 185) On the

Specifically, they engaged in various "invasion" sports, where the goal is to move into the opponent's territory to score (e.g. soccer, basketball, and
hockey). The amount of deliberate practice was an important determinant for the emergence of expertise for the AFL athletes (Berry et al., 2008). In
a more expansive study, Memmert et al. (2010) confirm the same results with respect to a wide range of team sports: basketball, handball, field
hockey, and soccer. They state that there is a need of specific training over a long period of time, the "10–year rule," for the attainment of expertise.
Cote et al. (2007) points out the principle of the power law of practice, where great improvements are seen in the initial stages of practice, but the
improvements level–off as one becomes an expert. This power relationship seems to be converted into a more linear relationship with increased
deliberate practice. Violinists were studied, and time spent in deliberate practice was examined. By 18 years of age, experts accumulated 7,400 hours
of practice, whereas intermediate–level performers had 5,300 hours, and lower–level performers only completed 3,400 hours. This linear law of
practice seems to be generalizable to other domains, namely sport and chess (Cote et al., 2007, pp. 185). Although deliberate practice is very important,
it is not the sole predictor of elite–level

Since the creation of man, sports have had a tremendous role in the way people live their lives. From the time we are born, until our elderly age, most
of us are involved in some way with sports. Whether it is a scrimmage game of soccer at recess in elementary school, playing on the varsity athletic
team or simply watching the Olympics or sporting events on television, sports have an influential role in our everyday lives. The outstanding popularity
of the sports industry has profoundly affected youth sports organizations that an estimated twenty–six million children ages six through eighteen

This is a large boost in the physically disabled youth's self–esteem because that youth knows that their participation in sport allows them the
opportunity to advance in sport just like a healthy youth can.
Physical activity is essential for children; therefore sport participation has many physical benefits for youths (Willox, 1994). In the United States
there is a very unhealthy trend of physically unfit children going on. According to a recent study by the Harvard School of Public Health seven out
of ten kids in our nation are out of shape and the incidence of obesity has increased by more than 50 percent among America's children and teen
since 1976 and continues to grow at a staggering rate (Metzel & Shookhoff, 2006). When children participate in sports activities they get some of the
exercise they need to improve their quality of life and can help prevent children from becoming obese. Physical activity regulates obesity because it
increases energy expenditure, suppresses appetite, increases metabolic rate, and increases lean body mass (Willox, 1994). Even though regular physical
sport activity has been shown to improve physical fitness, it can also help in preventing many different health problems down the line that youths who
participate in sports are more likely not to develop than youths who do not participate in sports. Women who participated in organized sport and fitness

Descriptive Essay About Bo Jackson
There are many athletes in this world that prove themselves as if they are not like any other you will see in the current generation. There are ones
that jump as far as a kangaroo and be as strong as a crocodile's jaws snap; but there is only one of these proven athletes that has all of these assets
down and can do them better. Bo Jackson was one of those individuals that you honestly questioned if he was human or if he was a gift from aliens
who wanted to create a perfect athlete. From hitting balls, to throwing and carrying them, anyone who watched Bo for more than 5 minutes had almost
create an image in their head of how perfectly he did everything. With all these combined Bo jackson showed how he was a modern hero with his born
talents, his strength and fearlessness, and of course his talent in gaining followers to watch him perform his magic. From the transitions of
baseball to football and the high jumping to sprinting, even at a young age many knew that Bo was not the average bird in the flock. His talent
and expertise showed his strength in being a part of a noble birth and it was not the hardest to spot. Even with the early disabilities of his childhood
haunting him in his room day after day, the stuttering would finally stop with his strength being available at the mite of his now present anger.
During school kids would know of the beast of a child to not mess with because of the speed at which Bo threw crab apples to others in fights and
the myths or truths of him killing pigs with only the small rocks shown on the ground. Fake or true, almost every story that was heard, told,
explained that included Bo, almost always seemed to be real to everyone. Even with the public knowing he was great at an older age, with the
starting of his youth, every kid that had heard of him knew, he was not normal. As his age grew larger and larger, the way of fighting and supposedly
being violent had come to a stop with the opportunity of high schools sports coming up right around the corner. The general populous knew of his
strength and skill in outdoor activities but no one was aware of how spectacular he could or was going to be with high school sports. Before football

How to Handle Violence in Youth Sports
Everyone agrees that parent involvement is a good thing. But when the parent behaves inappropriately, it creates a poor environment for the children
to learn and enjoy themselves. "Sideline rage" with parents behaving badly at youth sports events is such an epidemic, that 76% of respondents from
60 high school athletic associations said increased spectator interference is causing many officials to quit (Associated Press, 6/3/01). Parents are
supposed to be role models, and the lessons they teach will determine their values and actions in the future. These days violence in children's sports is
not limited to the playing field; overbearing parents are creating dangerous situations on the field.

At age ten, many kids have private coaching and attend specialized clinics in the off season. The coach is usually someone with a background in
sports, either a retired professional player or coach. Practices are now scheduled for twice a week and attending a weekly clinic is strongly
recommended, with a strength conditioning workout schedule between practices. All of these changes mean more involvement time for the parents.
Parents are now spending up ten hours a week watching their children compete with other children, and this pressure can sometimes be too much for the
parent.
In 2002, Thomas Junta was convicted of involuntary manslaughter after he attacked Michael Costin, who later died of his injuries. Mr. Costin was
refereeing a pickup game of hockey. The fight was witnessed by a dozen children including the children of both Mr. Junta and Mr. Costin (Butterfield,
2002). While this is by far one of the worst incidents in sports rage, there are other types of behavior that can still harm our youth. Physical violence is
often a rare occurrence; verbal abuse and intimidation have been seen frequently. When a parents scream at their child after practice that he/she did
not run fast enough or hit hard enough, can be considered a form of verbal abuse. Also consider when a parent of one child screams at the team for not
performing well and not winning the game, this combined with swearing can reduce a child to tears. Daniel Wann, PhD states that if a

Hearing my mother's opinion on the matter with student athletes not being able to get paid through video games that they were in was interesting. Her
side was more on the financial factor as she wasn't sure how well they would do when they had to save money and take out loans to buy houses. With
the athletes not knowing certain ins and outs in the financial world was her worry and how they were handled. There is only so much student athletes
learn in the classrooms where they would have to apply it to the real world. If they would pay more attention in the classroom they would learn how
properly cash checks, open bank accounts, and how to take out a loan that they needed. Interviewing my roommate who is the football team, I thought
he would be for student athletes getting paid through video games but my opinion was obviously wrong. With him not wanting to get paid it was more

Sports Are Good For Children
Organized Sports are Good for Children As time passes and as technology is advancing, the tradition of playing outside is diminishing rapidly.
Many people concentrate on their electronic devices in their ages as early as three. Sports are the most effective way that children express their
joyfulness and brilliance. It provides children advantages of physical activities, confidence, and enjoyment. Participating in organized sports in
early ages can produce the greatest results for children. Organized sports are good for children to improve social skills, to have successful life, and
to keep their health. First, organized sports are good for children because it improves social skills. Children who participate in team sports are full
of confidence. According to Gary R. Collins, who writes the Spotlight or Stress, "This is especially uncomfortable and stressful when other people
expect us to do one thing, when we fear that we can't do what is expected, and we think that our inability may cause us to lose respect in the eyes of
others." Since everyone is not perfect, sometimes they can win or lose the games. Also Collins says, "Acceptance is a third divine characteristic of
success." At the beginning, they can be afraid of losing, but it is a good opportunity to have the ability of how to accept loosing games. Children will

You may not have the same interests or beliefs of those you work with, but that cannot stand in the way of carrying out your job. The same principles

These programs offer opportunities to boost skills and connect positively with others. Without these activities, parents will have to find another

1.Describe the environment in which you observed. Before you interacted with the agency's clients or school's students, what expectations,
assumptions, and "prejudgments" do you have? Where did these come from, and why do you think you have them?
For my ASL hours I observed two different environments. The first environment was an Adapted Sports Night here at the University of Texas. Prior to
arriving to the event a couple of prejudgments I had was that, majority of the athletes there would be from recreational sport teams in the area and that
the games would be pretty simple to understand. Essentially, I thought that they would show me how to play different sports and how they are adapted
to their wheelchairs or their particular disability. I believe that these assumptions came from not realizing that adapted sports is more than just playing
basketball or rugby in a basic wheelchair.
Sammy's house was the second environment in which I completed ASL hours at. Sammy's house is a childcare center that provides inclusion of
children without disabilities and children with disabilities and medically fragile children. Upon my first day at Sammy's House I did not have many
prejudgments other than I expected that children who attended Sammy's house would be composed of mainly disabled children. The reason I thought
this was because I saw Sammy's House as a childcare location for medically fragile and disabled children and even though I

The kid went through rehab and came back, but relapsed, and relapsed and relapsed again finally leaving sports all together. Tiger Woods, the
Williams sisters, and Todd Marinovich are all examples of kids who were mainly edged on by his/herparent. Kids should not have to experience stress
because of the pressure parents may put on them, nor should they need to believe that a loss is unacceptable. There's just no reason why sports should
have any negative aspects at all. Especially when there are so many positive things that sports can do for a child if introduced and carried out in the
right way, specifically at a young age.
Over time, these youngsters may be permanently emotionally exhausted causing some to turn to steroids in hope to gain an edge or perhaps give up on
sports, and exercise, altogether. Intense training, of coaches from club or travel teams, becomes an enticement to "win" the next season which may
carry on to the off–season to train and become better than the best. But where's the fun in that? When will kids have the time to try out other sports?

Reality Changes From People Across The World
Reality changes from person to person. Whether something is real or not is determined through the individual. One may think it's true whereas the
other may believe differently. It is common to form misconceptions on a subject that is relatively new and upcoming. Sports are generally one of the
most common ways we conquer boredom. This entertainment involves, according to the Oxford Dictionary, physical exertion as well as brain
stimulation. With technology emerging, the online gaming industry has become a vast media culture. Connecting millions across the world, the online
gaming world provides users with an interactive database which engages both their body and their intellect. Gamers learn to utilize their problem
solving skills and are forced to come up with strategies that require quick decisions. E sports encourage participants to train their brains so that they
are able to deliver a rapid response in certain situations. Gamers face a great deal of pressure as they conform to the world of entertainment and
competition. Therefore, E sports should be considered real as online gamers and sports athletics both provide an audience with a source of
entertainment as well as being competitive.
The entertainment industry provides its audience a way to release tension by showcasing various talents that stimulate the brain. Audiences enjoy
watching the players practice and so for online games, such as the popular games known as League of Legends, gamers stream themselves training.

Introducing technology to sports would result in frequent stoppages during games, and would take away from the excitement of the matches.
Although many argue that technology will make decisions in sports more accurate, it is believed that human error actually makes sports more
exciting. Errors made by referees can create make games more engaging for viewers and fun to watch. Next, technology puts a lot of pressure on
referees to make correct calls. Refereeing is a stressful job by itself, and technology would put more stress on referees. Fans, because of available
technology, will begin to lose respect for referees if they make mistakes. In addition, sports are a human activity, and should remain this way. FIFA
general secretary Jerome Valcke says that, "we should trust and keep football as a human game" ("Goal–line..."). Also, introduction of technology into
sports would "miss a huge opportunity to educate people about the role of uncertainty in science" (Pielke). Lastly, use of technology would increase
the risk of hacking and fake video footage (Pielke). In conclusion, human error is an essential part of sports, and eliminating mistakes by introducing

The Role Of Parents Sport Socialization Of Youth
Research Paper:
The Role of Parents in Sport Socialization of Youth
Lucas Eckert
PSE4UO
Introduction Socialization is the process in which an individual becomes a member of society. Parents are the most significant agent in the
socialization of their children. They have a tremendous influence on the type of people their children grow up to be. They pass on their beliefs and
values to their children and influence their child's personality and morals. In sports, there is also a process of socialization, in which the individual
becomes a part of the athletic community. In this process, parents also posses significant influence over their children (Quinton, 2012). They decide
whether or not their children play sports, which sports their children may play, and they can greatly affect their child's enjoyment and performance in the
sport. This influence can either lead to positive or negative effects on the children's experience with sport. This depends on the level of involvement
and the nature of that involvement (Shwarzlose, 2013). The purpose of this paper is to discuss the ways by which parents influence their child's
process of socialization in sport, and identify the positive and negative effects associated with the different methods. This paper will also provide
several case studies of professional athletes and evaluate the parents involvement in the athletes career.

Factors and Effects of Low Body Satisfaction
To understand how people feel about themselves, researchers have investigated body image, body satisfaction and self–esteem. In the scientific
literature, adolescents' body image has received enormous attention, but research has focused predominantly on girls and body dissatisfaction, rather
than positive body image. Low body satisfaction has been associated with the development of mental health conditions, both eating related and global,
hence focus on body dissatisfaction is warranted. Studies have shown a low body satisfaction is associated with mild eating concerns, such as frequent
dieting and has further been reported to be predictive in the development of eating disorders (Ackard, Croll & Kearney–Cooke, 2002). Increased
depressive symptoms, anxiety, low self–esteem and an increase in risk–taking behaviours (Granner, Black & Abood, 2002) such as alcohol use,
substance abuse and tobacco use also has association with low body dissatisfaction.
In Western culture, a major cause of body dissatisfaction among females is the perceived pressure from society because an emphasis of the ideal
body shape is unrealistically thin, repeatedly portrayed through the media where females may feel the need to conform (McCabe & Ricciardelli,
2003). Males feel pressure to follow the sociocultural ideal body form of a V–shaped muscular build with broad shoulders and a lean waste–line
(Raudenbush & Zellner, 1997). These societal pressures can be persuasive during adolescence and

Company Overview Presentation: EA Sports
Slide 1: The video game industry is worth an estimated $25.1 billion as of 2010 in the US alone (ESA, 2012), a year in which Electronic Arts
earned $3.6 billion in total revenue and $2.025 in North America, giving the company an approximate market share of 8%. The company published
titles on all major platforms for the year. The company has a gross margin of 65% but barely turned a profit, this coming after several years of
losses. Slide 2: Michael Porter's five forces framework allows us to determine the pricing power within a given industry, and can be tailored to an
specific firm within that industry. The five forces are bargaining power of buyers, bargaining power of suppliers, threat of new entrants, threat of
substitutions, and the intensity of rivalry within the industry. Slide 3: The bargaining power of buyers is moderate. Buyers are attracted to hit titles and
will pay more for them, but this is moderated by strong competition in the number of titles. The bargaining power of suppliers is high, as evidenced by
the very high fixed costs in the industry. Talent in particular is expensive, but without top talent the games will not be competitive quality. Slide 4: The
threat of new entrants is high, as the most talented producers can start their own studios. There are fairly low barriers to entry in video game software.
The threat of substitutes is high, since video games are simply another form of entertainment, just about anything can be a substitute. A major new

Pros And Cons Of Organized Sports For Youths

  • 1. Pros and Cons of Organized Sports for Youths Pros and Cons of Organized Sports for Youths Sports in America are one of the biggest sensations around. They are everywhere you turn and they become a big part of most people's lives, whether they actually participate in the sport or just watch it on television. Media and television play a huge role in the obsession for sports. Constantly you see a professional athlete on a commercial, and see games on throughout the day. Also sports becomes a business, they sell their jerseys, or pictures, and tickets to games. Children are exposed to a wide range of media that offers various sporting events. Children with parents that are sport fanatics usually become interested in sports and will attend games and most of the time will ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Learning how to work together and with a large group of children is a very good skill to have. "A good parent–child relationship has the great potential to evolve from being involved in sports." (Ireland). When a child gets a sense of encouragement it usually affects the way they play and leads them to succeed. Not only does the child get something out of it, but the parent learns how to encourage their child while they control their competitive urge, and they tend to set goals for the child that way they can strive to succeed in whatever thy are doing. Not only does it have the potential to build a strong relationship with a parent or guardian but it also can help you feel better about yourself. It gives you a drive to become healthy, boost you confidence, helps your self–esteem, and also motivates you and develops a sense of discipline. Also a big factor it helps reduce depression and the feeling of sadness. Although people find many positives about playing organized sports, many people found negatives in the sports. One is the fact of it being too competitive. Once a child gets the idea of winning in their heads, or the idea that they might be better than an opposing player people get worried that it will go too much to their heads. Just like the positives with the social skills, it can also create negatives in social skills. "Such as if a child thinks they are better than another player it can result in people not liking that player because they ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 2. Analysis Of FIFA 18 Last year, FIFA 17 was the best–selling game on the PlayStation 4 with over 10 million units sold worldwide. Not only did it perform exceptionally well on the PlayStation, across all platforms, only Pokemon Sun/Moon on the 3DS sold more copies. Without doubt, the FIFA franchise is huge and whileEA Sports know that they're likely to top the sales charts each year, I'm happy to report that with FIFA 18, they are not resting on their laurels. Thanks to subtle improvements to the gameplay, as well as new features in the 'Career Mode', this year's FIFA is EA's most complete entry in the series to date. Gameplay FIFA 18 grabs your attention from the very first whistle, dropping you into an intense Madrid derby, as you take control of... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This attention to detail also stretches to certain players. While it would be impossible to uniquely program thousands of footballers individually, the bigger name, as well as some lesser known players, have their own unique style of play. Of course, Ronaldo and Messi play like their real life counterparts but it's refreshing to see someone like Matt Ritchie behave in a similar fashion to real life. Although not a bad thing, the differences between FIFA's 17 and 18 regarding AI behaviour adapting during a match is less noticeable. Games are slow and play out similarly to FIFA 17, with an emphasis on possession being the key to unlock defences. However, one welcome change I found is how teams react to falling a goal or two behind. One gripe I have of FIFA games is how the AI responds to conceding early on. Teams tend to go kamikaze, prematurely piling men forward leaving gaps in defence. This behaviour is common at the latter stages of a real match but not early on. With FIFA 18, teams do seem less partial to keep throwing men forward nonsensically when falling behind, now only doing so when time is running out or the possibility of a comeback is likely. The quick substitution feature is a welcome addition. Quite simply, as a match nears its conclusion, pressing the R2 button brings up a small box where you can substitute a tiring player with a positional like–for–like replacement instead of pausing

Interview With An Individual Who Works For Malmbergets Aif For this assignment, I decided to conduct my interview with an individual who works for Malmbergets AIF (AIF = public sports club) in Malmberget, situated in the far north of Sweden. Established in 1904, the veteran club is and have been active within numerous sports, from soccer to cross country skiing, and throughout the club's long history, one will find stories of great success, such as when its Olympic handball team played in the highest division in the mid–seventies, or one of the clubs cross–country skiers, Lina Andersson, won Olympic gold in 2006. Although, today, MAIF's efforts are mainly focused on youth programs in various sports, with the ice–hockey team being the sole remaining adult team. Nonetheless, there are still some ... During winter, he'll get to focus on sports like ice hockey, and during summer, he can focus on their youth programs for soccer. Much like several other positions within the sport industry – at least in terms of working for a sports club –, what the job entails changes between seasons, but the difference for Johansson is that there's never an off–season, which Johansson admits is challenging at times, but that he wouldn't have it any other way, as he claims it "keeps [him] running", despite his age. Likewise, when asked whether or not the job truly is as rewarding, easy going, and appealing as he makes it seem, he paused, before giving a lengthy explanation regarding the effort required to do the job, saying that "it's going to require hard work at times", before adding that "that is the reality for most jobs", but that he truly believes that his interest in what he does is what motivates him to push through it. He admits to have been lucky for – officially – entering the industry at a later stage in his career, and for a position higher up the chain, because he's not sure his "passion for sports would have survived otherwise", which I think might be the harsh truth a lot of individuals interested in a career within the industry might not get to hear. In this sense, diagnosis exists whether or not explicit diagnostic models are used (Akin, Dunford, & Palmer, 2006). Although these views may not be explicitly stated, as implicit models they still have a powerful capacity to guide how we think about situations that we face in our company, how we talk about those situations, and what we deem to be appropriate courses of action (Akin, Dunford, & Palmer, 2006). The apparent option of EA Inc. not using a model is not a real option; the choice is whether EA Inc. should use one that is explicit or one that is implicit. While implicit models may provide valuable insights based on accumulated experience, they do have limitations. First, they are likely to be based on the limited experience of one or a few employees at EA Inc.; thus, their generalizing ability may be uncertain. • 6. Singapore Education System or Sports Program EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Singapore is known internationally for its strong education system. It has been described as "world leading". The nation's many successes are found in the competitive edge of its people and governance but never in the area of sports. Since its independence in 1965, education and sports have been instrumental in the nation building process. This approach is likely a deliberate attempt to build a national culture and identity in a multi–cultural society. Sports and education provides a unifying ground and equality of opportunities for citizens to strive for a better future as well as to bond with a common interest. Sports as a social unification instrument have been ironically criticized for the nation's inability to produce high–performing athletes. To expedite the nation's sporting success, the Foreign Sports Talent (FST) scheme was introduced and frequently reviewed (The Straits Time, 2003, "Committee of supply" 2011, Foo, 2013). The implication of this scheme infiltrated into the school's sporting scene that was replicated in school's offering sport scholarships to foreign students even though their academic grades are not comparable to meet Singapore education standards. It is evident that citizens are not supportive of the scheme and the desire of Singaporeans is to develop home–grown talents. As part of the economic development strategy, sports profile in Singapore was given renewed attention when the country won the right to host the inaugural Youth ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Marketing Mix of Ea Sports ASSIGNMENT OF MARKETING MANAGEMENT TOPIC :– MARKETING MIX MARKETING MIX OF EA SPORTS INTODUCTION :– EA Sports is a brand name used by Electronic Arts since 1993 to distribute games based on sports. Formerly a gimmick inside Electronic Arts sports games, that tried to mimic real–life sports networks, calling themselves "EA Sports Network" (EASN) with pictures or endorsements of real commentators such as John Madden, it soon grew up to become a sub–label on its own, releasing game series such as FIFA, NHL, Madden NFL, and NASCAR. [Former CEO Larry Probst arrived as VP of Sales in late 1984 and helped the company sustain growth into $18 million in its third full year. Not only did it perform exceptionally well on the PlayStation, on all platforms, it came second to Pokemon Sun/Moon on the 3DS. Unquestionably, EA's FIFA series is huge. It's fair to say, certainly by now at least, EA Sports know that they're going to top the sales charts each year. While it's possible this may cause complacency, EA never seem to rest on their laurels. Although last year saw significant refinements from FIFA 16 to 17, there certainly isn't as many wholesale changes in FIFA 18. • 9. Persuasive Essay On College Sports Throughout the years, kids have played a variety of video games. These games could range anywhere from warfare games such as Call of Duty Black Ops, fantasy games such as Final Fantasy or sports games such as Madden 16 or NCAA Football 11. Games that we played more consistently than others were the team sports games such as NCAA football. The NCAA football games not only brought friends together but would also persuade our minds to play football when we were of age. However, EA has not produced a NCAA football game since 2012. Thus leaving the people like us who enjoyed the game, let down. The discontinuation of the NCAA college football series is a result of many things, specifically greed. Unfortunately, with the greediness of the athletes, EA will never be able to make another NCAA college football game. When we were younger, many of us dreamed to grow up and play football for our favorite college team. Therefore, when we played the NCAA football games, we were able to create a prediction of what we may look like if playing for our favorite college team. Many of us predicted that we would be six foot two, two hundred and twenty pound athletes who were usually the stars of the team. As a result of this false hope, many of us worked as hard as we could to make that goal obtainable. However, EA has not released any college football games and this has resulted in kids playing other games such as FIFA. In an article it was stated, "He wondered how many kids have started ... People that participate in athletics will have better self–esteem, social confidence, and more academic achievement. Participating in an athletic program will help the student contribute to the school community, which will help them identify with school values. In my career I have coached many young students, but the one thing that puzzled me was the barriers causing some students not to participate. What are the barriers for students to not want to participate in athletics or other physical activities? This was the question that I ask myself when I look at some students that don't participate in sports. I understand that sports are not for everyone in the student population, but why are some students so hesitant to exercise? Some students are not participating in physical activates because there are too many barriers for them. I started my research by doing an online search for barriers to physical activity. After numerous searches I found a website that featured many reasons people don't participate in physical activates. The biggest break in my research was when I found an article titled "Male Adolescents Reasons for Participating in Physical Activity, Barriers to Participation, and Suggestions for Increasing Participation". This article provided me with a variety of information about why male students choose to not participate in sports. • 12. Sports Politics : Is The Fear Of A Loss Of Power? Essay Sports Politics Essay "Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts... perhaps the fear of a loss of power." (Steinbeck) International Sports Organizations have long been regarded as entities who are committed to the highest level of honesty among many multinational governing bodies. They set programs in place for mass inclusion, fund programs designed to help conflicting communities through sport, and demonstrate commendable levels of fairness and transparency. Self interested policies could never exist within such a fair democratic structure, many times the policies implemented are meant to provide the utmost level of cooperation needed to further the expansion of sport on a global and local level. At least that's what they would have you believe. The argument to be made is whether international sports organizations, specifically FIFA, are engaged in questionable practices that allow them to impose their will upon those who stand in their way. FIFA has long been regarded as the dominant governing body in theworld of football as they control the entire process behind all aspects of the World Cup and other international tournaments. However, have you ever stopped to think about why they have been so successful in remaining the sole actor in this role? At the end of the day, it is the moment when one stands at the top of the podium, holding up their well–deserved medals and trophies that all elite athletes strive for. Thus, experts have studied this question extensively to see which programs, or by what means, are elite athletes developed to achieve this goal. One of the many aspects to athlete development is the controversial topic of deliberate practice versus deliberate play. Deliberate practice can be defined as "any training activity (a) undertaken with the specific purpose of increasing performance, (b) requiring cognitive and/or physical effort, and (c) relevant to promoting positive skill development" (Cote et al., 2007, p. 185) On the ... Specifically, they engaged in various "invasion" sports, where the goal is to move into the opponent's territory to score (e.g. soccer, basketball, and hockey). The amount of deliberate practice was an important determinant for the emergence of expertise for the AFL athletes (Berry et al., 2008). In a more expansive study, Memmert et al. (2010) confirm the same results with respect to a wide range of team sports: basketball, handball, field hockey, and soccer. They state that there is a need of specific training over a long period of time, the "10–year rule," for the attainment of expertise. Cote et al. (2007) points out the principle of the power law of practice, where great improvements are seen in the initial stages of practice, but the improvements level–off as one becomes an expert. This power relationship seems to be converted into a more linear relationship with increased deliberate practice. Violinists were studied, and time spent in deliberate practice was examined. By 18 years of age, experts accumulated 7,400 hours of practice, whereas intermediate–level performers had 5,300 hours, and lower–level performers only completed 3,400 hours. This linear law of practice seems to be generalizable to other domains, namely sport and chess (Cote et al., 2007, pp. 185). Bo Jackson was one of those individuals that you honestly questioned if he was human or if he was a gift from aliens who wanted to create a perfect athlete. From hitting balls, to throwing and carrying them, anyone who watched Bo for more than 5 minutes had almost create an image in their head of how perfectly he did everything. With all these combined Bo jackson showed how he was a modern hero with his born talents, his strength and fearlessness, and of course his talent in gaining followers to watch him perform his magic. From the transitions of baseball to football and the high jumping to sprinting, even at a young age many knew that Bo was not the average bird in the flock. His talent and expertise showed his strength in being a part of a noble birth and it was not the hardest to spot. All of these changes mean more involvement time for the parents. Parents are now spending up ten hours a week watching their children compete with other children, and this pressure can sometimes be too much for the parent. The defendant captured television broadcasts of NFL and NBA games– from television stations in New York and rebroadcasted them on the iCraveTV.com website. This conduct threatened the value of the leagues' intellectual property, specifically the telecast licenses that the league have granted distrabuters. The court held that "since Congress has elected to grant certain exclusive rights to the owner of a copyright in a protected work, it is virtually axiomatic that the public interest can only be served by upholding copyright protections and, correspondingly, preventing the misappropriation of the skills, creative energies and resources which are invested in the protected work." Their ability to work as a team is crucial to its success. You may not have the same interests or beliefs of those you work with, but that cannot stand in the way of carrying out your job. The same principles and strategies are relevant and important in sports, and they can be started and nurtured through involvement in organized youth sports activities. Many youth sports are part of community organized after–school programs. There are many different types of these programs such as T–Ball, Little League Baseball, Pop Warner Football, soccer, martial arts, cheerleading, and so forth. "There are over 40 million youth participating in organized sports, and both girls and boys have a dazzling array of choices and can play a sport year round" (Le Menestrel and Perkins 13). Communities use youth sport as an outlet to encourage social activity, a healthy lifestyle, and skill development for that particular sport. For example, "Participation in organized sports can provide opportunities for youth to learn more about specific skills and exercises associated with a particular sport" (Perkins and Noam 76). These programs offer opportunities to boost skills and connect positively with others. Without these activities, parents will have to find another developmental setting that may not give similar or beneficial outcomes as those of organized youth sport. Studies found that, "Sports ... Most of these games provide us with a theme or lessons we can take away from playing. I'm not a big gamer, but being a soccer player, I have fallen in love with FIFA. I've always finished my homework quickly or decided not to do it at all, so I could play FIFA. I was never able to imagine a video game could have such an impact in my character and life. FIFA has done just that and has overall helped my time–management, as well as my patience. Growing up, I've always played soccer with my family and friends. Soccer is and will always be my favorite sport and a huge part of my life. As a kid, video games were becoming very popular and all my friends wanted or had one. Before you interacted with the agency's clients or school's students, what expectations, assumptions, and "prejudgments" do you have? Where did these come from, and why do you think you have them? For my ASL hours I observed two different environments. The first environment was an Adapted Sports Night here at the University of Texas. Prior to arriving to the event a couple of prejudgments I had was that, majority of the athletes there would be from recreational sport teams in the area and that the games would be pretty simple to understand. Essentially, I thought that they would show me how to play different sports and how they are adapted to their wheelchairs or their particular disability. I believe that these assumptions came from not realizing that adapted sports is more than just playing basketball or rugby in a basic wheelchair. Sammy's house was the second environment in which I completed ASL hours at. Sammy's house is a childcare center that provides inclusion of children without disabilities and children with disabilities and medically fragile children. Upon my first day at Sammy's House I did not have many prejudgments other than I expected that children who attended Sammy's house would be composed of mainly disabled children. The reason I thought this was because I saw Sammy's House as a childcare location for medically fragile and disabled children and even though I ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Kids should not have to experience stress because of the pressure parents may put on them, nor should they need to believe that a loss is unacceptable. There's just no reason why sports should have any negative aspects at all. Especially when there are so many positive things that sports can do for a child if introduced and carried out in the right way, specifically at a young age. Over time, these youngsters may be permanently emotionally exhausted causing some to turn to steroids in hope to gain an edge or perhaps give up on sports, and exercise, altogether. • 40. The Role Of Parents Sport Socialization Of Youth Research Paper: The Role of Parents in Sport Socialization of Youth Lucas Eckert PSE4UO Introduction Socialization is the process in which an individual becomes a member of society. Parents are the most significant agent in the socialization of their children. They have a tremendous influence on the type of people their children grow up to be. They pass on their beliefs and values to their children and influence their child's personality and morals. In sports, there is also a process of socialization, in which the individual becomes a part of the athletic community. In this process, parents also posses significant influence over their children (Quinton, 2012). They decide whether or not their children play sports, which sports their children may play, and they can greatly affect their child's enjoyment and performance in the sport. This influence can either lead to positive or negative effects on the children's experience with sport. This depends on the level of involvement and the nature of that involvement (Shwarzlose, 2013). The purpose of this paper is to discuss the ways by which parents influence their child's process of socialization in sport, and identify the positive and negative effects associated with the different methods. This paper will also provide several case studies of professional athletes and evaluate the parents involvement in the athletes career. Pressure to Participate The most basic form of influence the parent possesses over the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 41. Factors and Effects of Low Body Satisfaction To understand how people feel about themselves, researchers have investigated body image, body satisfaction and self–esteem. In the scientific literature, adolescents' body image has received enormous attention, but research has focused predominantly on girls and body dissatisfaction, rather than positive body image. Low body satisfaction has been associated with the development of mental health conditions, both eating related and global, hence focus on body dissatisfaction is warranted. Studies have shown a low body satisfaction is associated with mild eating concerns, such as frequent dieting and has further been reported to be predictive in the development of eating disorders (Ackard, Croll & Kearney–Cooke, 2002). Increased depressive symptoms, anxiety, low self–esteem and an increase in risk–taking behaviours (Granner, Black & Abood, 2002) such as alcohol use, substance abuse and tobacco use also has association with low body dissatisfaction. In Western culture, a major cause of body dissatisfaction among females is the perceived pressure from society because an emphasis of the ideal body shape is unrealistically thin, repeatedly portrayed through the media where females may feel the need to conform (McCabe & Ricciardelli, 2003). Males feel pressure to follow the sociocultural ideal body form of a V–shaped muscular build with broad shoulders and a lean waste–line (Raudenbush & Zellner, 1997). The company published titles on all major platforms for the year. The company has a gross margin of 65% but barely turned a profit, this coming after several years of losses. Slide 2: Michael Porter's five forces framework allows us to determine the pricing power within a given industry, and can be tailored to an specific firm within that industry. The five forces are bargaining power of buyers, bargaining power of suppliers, threat of new entrants, threat of substitutions, and the intensity of rivalry within the industry. Slide 3: The bargaining power of buyers is moderate. Buyers are attracted to hit titles and will pay more for them, but this is moderated by strong competition in the number of titles. The bargaining power of suppliers is high, as evidenced by the very high fixed costs in the industry. Talent in particular is expensive, but without top talent the games will not be competitive quality. Slide 4: The threat of new entrants is high, as the most talented producers can start their own studios. There are fairly low barriers to entry in video game software. The threat of substitutes is high, since video games are simply another form of entertainment, just about anything can be a substitute. A major new ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
