well–deserved medals and trophies that all elite athletes strive for. Thus, experts have studied this question extensively to see which programs, or by
what means, are elite athletes developed to achieve this goal. One of the many aspects to athlete development is the controversial topic of deliberate
practice versus deliberate play. Deliberate practice can be defined as "any training activity (a) undertaken with the specific purpose of increasing
performance, (b) requiring cognitive and/or physical effort, and (c) relevant to promoting positive skill development" (Cote et al., 2007, p. 185) On the

Northrop Grumman Corporation is one of the largest, American, aerospace and defense technology companies in the world. As of 2015, Northrop
Grumman is the 5th largest defense contractor and has reported revenues of over twenty–five billion dollars, making Northrop Grumman number 7 on
the Fortune 500 list. With these facts in mind, it should be clear as to just how important Corporate Social Responsibility, Integrity, Diversity, and all
the other aspects of Human Resources are to creating and maintaining the visions, strategies, and goals of Northrop Grumman. In order to get a grasp

de le Fortrie's office, the kind of employee that any manager would be a fool to let go of, but this employee had a habit of posting that he worked
nine hours instead of the actual seven. As it is with most evil or immoral things, no one was getting hurt by this little lie and when the allegations
were brought to the employee's manager, a blind eye was turned. After all, the work was getting done, was it not? The truth eventually reached a
Business Conduct Officer, Mr. de le Fortrie, from a disgruntled and secret source and in order to maintain and salvage the company's good name, the

reputation, but it also affected them financially, since the company was obligated to refund the Department of Defense for every faked hour the
employee falsely claimed. Based on the recommendation of Mr. de le Fortrie and several other company officers, the employee was eventually
terminated from the company and the manager was given a one year letter of concern and required to attend integrity training. Mr. de le Fortrie went on
to say that this story underlines the biggest challenge he faces in managing human resources at Northrop Grumman, the challenge of determining

Introducing technology to sports would result in frequent stoppages during games, and would take away from the excitement of the matches.
Although many argue that technology will make decisions in sports more accurate, it is believed that human error actually makes sports more
exciting. Errors made by referees can create make games more engaging for viewers and fun to watch. Next, technology puts a lot of pressure on
referees to make correct calls. Refereeing is a stressful job by itself, and technology would put more stress on referees. Fans, because of available
technology, will begin to lose respect for referees if they make mistakes. In addition, sports are a human activity, and should remain this way. FIFA

the risk of hacking and fake video footage (Pielke). In conclusion, human error is an essential part of sports, and eliminating mistakes by introducing
technology would make sports less exciting and appealing.

Introduction Socialization is the process in which an individual becomes a member of society. Parents are the most significant agent in the

sport. This influence can either lead to positive or negative effects on the children's experience with sport. This depends on the level of involvement
and the nature of that involvement (Shwarzlose, 2013). The purpose of this paper is to discuss the ways by which parents influence their child's
process of socialization in sport, and identify the positive and negative effects associated with the different methods. This paper will also provide

To understand how people feel about themselves, researchers have investigated body image, body satisfaction and self–esteem. In the scientific
literature, adolescents' body image has received enormous attention, but research has focused predominantly on girls and body dissatisfaction, rather
than positive body image. Low body satisfaction has been associated with the development of mental health conditions, both eating related and global,
hence focus on body dissatisfaction is warranted. Studies have shown a low body satisfaction is associated with mild eating concerns, such as frequent
dieting and has further been reported to be predictive in the development of eating disorders (Ackard, Croll & Kearney–Cooke, 2002). Increased
depressive symptoms, anxiety, low self–esteem and an increase in risk–taking behaviours (Granner, Black & Abood, 2002) such as alcohol use,
substance abuse and tobacco use also has association with low body dissatisfaction.
In Western culture, a major cause of body dissatisfaction among females is the perceived pressure from society because an emphasis of the ideal
body shape is unrealistically thin, repeatedly portrayed through the media where females may feel the need to conform (McCabe & Ricciardelli,
2003). Males feel pressure to follow the sociocultural ideal body form of a V–shaped muscular build with broad shoulders and a lean waste–line
