What's the problem?
CPR believes that the shift in hacktivist model started around two years ago. It was
the beginning of numerous hacktivist organizations like Hackers of Savior, Black
Shadow and Moses Staff that focused exclusively on bringing down Israel.
CPR believes that the war between Russia and Ukraine has accelerated the spread of
the new model of hacktivism dramatically. For instance, the IT Army of Ukraine was
openly urged from Ukrainian government leaders to Ukrainian government to strike
