people of different nations.
• Globalization has increased knowledge across the globe.
• Globalization will enhance students in the educational
system by giving them knowledge and understanding
about other countries all over the globe.
TECHNOLOGY
• Facebook, students can be taught how to responsibly communicate with people
from around the world in a healthy and educational manner
• Twitter, students can use this to see and understand major topics around the
world with twitter hashtags
• YouTube, students can look up videos about any topic they desire and can be
taught how to search videos in an educational manner rather than just for pure
entertainment
• Flip cameras, students can record themselves doing a specific task or project
and post them online for students to see across the world
• Web Quest, students can draw conclusions and gain information about an array
of different cultures and etc.
YOUTUBE
Technology can be used in many different ways when
teaching global studies. For example, you can use YouTube
to show your class informational videos on other countries.
Students can watch on video what other countries look like
and how different ethnic groups live around the world.
CONCLUSION
Globalization has become very important because
it has opened up broader communication lines and
sharing of basic knowledge across the globe!
