Two student teams were assigned to present on either external or internal analysis models for business strategy. Team A was tasked with explaining external analysis using Porter's Five Forces model and PEST analysis. Team B was to cover internal analysis using resource-based view, value chain analysis, and core competencies. The 20-30 minute presentations were meant to educate the other team, and a question and answer period following was required to enhance understanding before an upcoming exam.

TASK
The two teams need to prepare class presentations in relation to the key
elements of their respective analysis i.e. External or Internal.
The presentations should last approximately 20 to 30 minutes. The aim is to
enlighten and educate your audience i.e. the team not presenting! At the end
of the presentation, the audience needs to encourage discussion and debate
and ask at least five intelligent questions to enhance their own understanding.
Knowledge of the key analysis elements - both External and Internal, will be
needed for the Theoretical Assessment in Week 41. Therefore, if all goes
according to plan, this exercise will act as good revision for everyone.
