•Corporate Lessee – minimum time in business of 10 years required, financial statements must be audited 
•Completed Credit Application 
•Vendor invoice or quote 
•Bank statements, operating account, last three months (first page only) 
•Overview of company history, operations, ownership, and management 
•Fiscal year-end Financial Statements for 2011, 2012, and 2013 
•Interim financial statement, no older than 90 days 
•Narrative by CFO/CEO or other corporate officer as to the nature of their business, direction of the company, historical financial performance, financial statement anomalies, and the advantages of acquiring the solar project. 
Credit Criteria – Corporate Client
•Small Business Lessee - minimum time in business of 3 years required, must be a homeowner, and have a minimum credit score of 650 
•Completed Credit Application 
•Vendor invoice or quote 
•Bank statements, operating account, last three months (first page only) 
•Overview of company history, operations, ownership, and management 
•Corporate Tax Returns for 2011, 2012 & 2013 (if the 2013 tax returns are not completed, please forward a copy of the extension paperwork and submit the 2010 tax returns) 
•Fiscal year-end Financial Statements for 2011, 2012, and 2013 
•Interim financial statement, no older than 90 days 
•Personal financial statement, signed and dated, for each owner 
•Tax returns for 2011, 2012, & 2013 for each owner 
•Narrative by business owner or other corporate officer as to the nature of their business, direction of the company, historical financial performance, financial statement anomalies, and the advantages of acquiring the solar project.

 48 - 72 hour credit review / approval < $100K 
 3-to-5 business days review for >$100K+ 
 Timely follow-up information on deal process 
 Prompt communication through credit process 
The Credit Process
•Milestone/Progress Payments to Vendor/Suppliers 
•The underwriting lender who is funding our Solar Pro-Lease Program will not be placing funds into an escrow account. 
•Prefunding through ACA (Advance Commitment Addendum) 
•50% prefund (to get equipment ordered) 
•40% milestone payment (when the install is completed) 
•Final 10% upon completion of the project and the power is switched over from the utility company. 
•Vendors must be preapproved for any prepayments.
