•Corporate Tax Returns for 2011, 2012 & 2013 (if the 2013 tax returns are not completed, please forward a copy of the extension paperwork and submit the 2010 tax returns)

•Personal financial statement, signed and dated, for each owner

8. •Milestone/Progress Payments to Vendor/Suppliers
•The underwriting lender who is funding our Solar Pro-Lease Program will not be placing funds into an escrow account.
•Prefunding through ACA (Advance Commitment Addendum)
•50% prefund (to get equipment ordered)
•40% milestone payment (when the install is completed)
•Final 10% upon completion of the project and the power is switched over from the utility company.
•Vendors must be preapproved for any prepayments.
