interested in. If the caller enters the extension the salesperson will get the call to the phone number on
file with his user account. If the extension is not entered by the caller, the call routes to the default
destination.Call Recording: Our leads section will display the calls that are answered by either a
salesperson or an answering machine. You may play back the calls to check the messages or to review
sales calls for any reason. The audio can be played back by your default audio player on any pc.
Settings: The contact information on the Craigslist and Backpage settings contain tags for
