3. Richard Hamilton Hamilton (Left) is pictured next to Khalid-El Ahmin after winning the school’s first national championship. Hamilton later went on to become only the third Husky to ever win an NBA Championship when he did so with the Detroit Pistons in 2004. 4. Tony Hanson Tony Hanson attended the University from 1973-77 and is third all time in scoring, putting up 1,990 points in his time with the Huskies. After retiring from professional basketball Hanson began a coaching career overseas. He is now known as one of the most successful coaches in English basketball history.
