are some tips for introducing your children to yoga and
mindfulness:
•To ease your children into being more mindful, start at the
beginning—their mornings. This means scheduling enough time
to not be hurried out the door, the have a mindful breakfast, to
leave the home in a mindful manner. This sets the precedent for
the rest of their day.
